Following an almost 24 year career in the telecommunications industry, I found myself once again in the job market. I discovered that many things had changed and at times my search was extremely frustrating. Following my ongoing efforts of utilizing a variety of tools, ie. job boards, networking groups, agencies, my status did not change and my frustration was mounting. I had one of the best interviewing experiences I've ever had with insight Global! I Worked with Megan Rembielak and she was very detailed every step of the way as far as directions, what to wear, say, e-mails. Kept great contact with me and worked around my schedule as I have two children and she is still helping me with all the paperwork I need to to being patient with me as it has been two weeks and I haven't had the chance to do paper work, I feel any other employer would not be as understanding as Insight Global. They even worked with me to get me the job with the salary I needed. I only worked for them for a few short months but good things to say. Overall as far as staffing agencies go towards the top. Primarily dealt with Mike Hober who was very helpful the whole way. Placed me in a solid job quickly. Not terrible pay. Benefits eh. Only downside was the impersonality. I never got a call seeing how things were going, or an email, like every other staffing agency. But when I had issues they were generally dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. Overall 4/5 for staffing agencies. read more
