I really wish I had come here earlier, I visited based on a friend's recommendation and was blown away. We got two of the salted caramel cookies, a confetti cookie, and a chocolate chip brookie. They were all so good and they offered regular milk and oat milk. The service was great, I hadn't realized how fresh the cookies were. They said they didn't have any blondie brownies currently made but they could bake us some in 6 minutes. Next time I hope to get some of their seasonal candy cane items. VERY sweet cookies. I went to Insomnia around 1:40 in the morning and though the store was completely empty, it was clean and the two staff members were very kind. I ordered the Chocolate Chunk Blondie and White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies, and a scoop of Dreamweaver Ice Cream. There was a mix up with the cookies and I received a Peanut Butter Chip Cookie instead of the White Chocolate Macadamia, but when I went back in they gave me the proper cookie at let me keep the bonus one. All three cookies were pretty good but, as mentioned, they were exceptionally sweet. I was more a fan of the Dreamweaver Ice Cream. I thought the white stars in it were very cute, loved the purple color of the s'mores ice cream itself, and enjoyed the Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie mix in. I can't say Insomnia Cookies is anything special, but if you're craving sugar they'll definitely do the job. read more

Had a very bad experience at insomnia. We came on October 18, 12:10 am. The person who checked us out clearly hated her job. She had an attitude the entire time. We tried to get more information on the products and she just pointed at the screen. She gave us vanilla ice cream when we clearly said mint and when we corrected her she gave us attitude and said we asked for vanilla ice cream. I'm sorry, but I think I know what I said! Location was empty and clean when I arrived. Restroom was in poor condition and there was an explosion in the toilet that had not been cleaned. First time getting Insomnia in SA & won't be back. Save your time & money. Upon entering as the only customer was not greeted & worker was on her phone. Ordered & paid as the worker was getting the cookies. Not a single word or "thank you" etc. Once we got the cookies & brownies home they were all hard & seem to have been overcooked or left in the warmer for an extended period of time. Brownie was so hard it crunched when you ate it. Cookies were all hard & although they had mediocre flavor it was hard to get over the hardness.
