The report is a cut and paste into a standard report and verification that the renovation included energy efficient products we told them we were installing. Not rocket science. So far we are over 21 days and no report. We paid them their full fee as requested when the inspector came so they have no incentive to finish the job and I have no leverage to get it completed. Very frustrated.

I called and asked for additional items that I thought it is important, Tate told me that I don't need to spend extra money on something that I don't need to do. Any other company will be happy to charge me the extra amount and do the extra things that I don't need. THEY GAVE ME A DETAILED REPORT THAT COVERS EVERYTHING.

But I had them replace the whole roof and used a membrane over entire roof. Now shingles are just for show really. Rush credited credited me back for items not installed when home built. Owner/manager attended to sort out issues and have been happy with roof coming on 10 years. Easy to work with. In photo you see that shingles not staggered properly but really a cosmetic item. Reviews are important. If you put a membrane over your whole roof it will never leak even after the shingles give out. Everyone says not necessarily; but, I will have the best roof even after I am done.
