First you have find one, and secondly you have wait until it's your turn. They are very helpfull and knowledgeable, but you always have that feeling, that you just interfere in much more important work. If you have bought bigger items, you have to go behind the building to delivery. OMG you are in for a wait. You might expect, that they started to find your things, when you paid, but no. It is also very hard to find things at the store shelves, because the layout of the store is not that logical.

The service was friendly as always. There was actually a shop attendant on the entrance greeting everyone with "heisann.... do you need anything?" Fantastic.
