Dr Fincham made my nose worse after surgery. Saw her maybe for a minute before surgery. They had to remove a procedure I had said no to yet they still had it on the agenda--thankful I asked first before the surgery. Post op kept telling me I was fine, but I still can't smell anything, nose stuffed up and is worse. They also billed me way too much even after i met my deductible. I would recommend going somewhere else. I would not have Dr Michelle Fincham do anything for you. read more

Had surgery from Dr. Fincham, my wound was bleeding and when I asked if the Dr. Would be coming by they said no. I was rushed to be discharged by the RN's at Manhattan Surgical and post op and now I am at Inspire ENT for follow up because my wound is dripping blood. The only good thing is that the check in and schedule the appointment was very easy. I am in a lot of pain and requires to uber over to Inspire ENT because post op I am not suppose to drive for 24hours. Frustrated at the follow up after surgery and that I needed to correct the name of the order for surgery to preauricler cysts when the order was brachial cleft cysts which have different treatments. I hope the surgeon looked up my condition instead.of cowboying it when I came to the specialists for a reason not to have someone just try to assume and treat me. read more

Staff is so amazing and full of life! They've bent over backward to make sure we get the needs of our family met. I love these guys! Dr. Fincham at Inspire ENT is amazing!! She got me in right away one day as a new patient when I was having pain all day with no relief. Ever since then she has been amazing with any problems I've had. She always fully listens to my concerns and never dismisses me when I'm having issues. I would not recommend this doctor's office at all. What a joke. The first time we saw one of their doctors he was late to the appointment. He said that my son had a serious health problem that needed to be tested to confirm. This office then proceeded to not schedule my son for the test. It has been a month and still no contact, not even a call to schedule the tests. In spite of my calling the office, I have had no response. If you or your family have a serious problem don't bother with this office. In the time that they have had to call us, they billed my insurance and me, but still haven't made time to check on the actual problem. If you care about yourself or your family you will find a different provider than Inspire ENT and Pulmonology. read more

I was referred by my primary care physician for specific testing to be done. Inspire ENT & Pulmonology called me to make the appointment. When I got there, the doctor said they couldn't do the testing and referred me elsewhere. However, they charged me an office call, wouldn't return my phone calls (I left 6 messages for billing) and then refused to reverse the charges when I tried to fight it. This was a total scam. If they didn't have the ability to do the testing that my PCP requested, then they shouldn't have called me to come in. I'm out money with nothing to show for it. Stay away from scammers like this. read more

Basically a hearing aid business that has jumped into the easy money sleep study racket. $450 to read my sleep study from the sleep lab next door. It takes how long to look at the polysomnogram, and recommend a few settings on the CPAP machine. Let's say 5 minutes to punch the info into a computer program and send it back to the lab. That's six per hour easy, comes out to $5400 per hour. Sure, they have the right to make almost any price for the service, but shouldn't I have been notified or given a choice first. They stated several times that MY doctor will be making the decisions and they told me that MY doctor sent them the settings for the CPAP. NOT TRUE. Also, these machines are extremely easy to program or set up. I've done it before. If you can program a VCR, you can program these machines. lol. I blame Z-Sleep mostly, they have really bad business practices and charge $3000 for a $1700 MSRP machine. They are ripping off the insurance company and then pass on the rip off to the consumer. I'm pretty sure that both are working in tandem to make as much money as possible from a medical condition. The old sales credo "leave nothing on the table" taken to the extreme. They take all the money and then charge more. OH, and the math they use for billing is just plain wrong. I know it's hard to explain insurance to consumers, so the are taking advantage of that with a really silly statement when you ask how much you will be charged. read more
