She recommended outcome-based bullet points that highlight the benefits and quantify the results rather than a laundry list of tasks. Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! While the $299 starter package seems a bit pricey, it's a good deal considering that you are equipped with the A team of an interviewer, drafter, and editor. They will rewrite your resume and can fine tune and belt out those bullet points. While my resume could use a few tweaks, the starter package is a great option if you're looking for a resume overhaul without doing all the guess work. A couple hours before the meeting, I got an email saying I could only do a 15-minute phone call. I further got a phone call about two hours before the meeting from Mike Davidow. He was abrasive on the phone, and stated their consultation fee was $400 for half an hour. He kept speaking over me and complained. All poor service. Suggest they start by improving their website and not yelling at people over the phone. Don't recommend this firm.
