However, I ordered three hand-rails for my stairs and during contact the guy asked where I want the 14 foot piece to be cut. What? I wanted a 14 foot rail, so I obviously didn't want it cut. He assured me you wouldn't be notice it. I don't know why I took his word for it... it's not even the same piece of wood. I'm just upset because even if hypothetically they sent out a new 14 foot piece I would need a contractor to reinstall it and the balusters will look all messed up from having nails taken out and put back in. It's just a lost cause. It just isn't going to look good and that's that. I'd give them one star if it wasn't for how friendly they were. They changed the size of the plow, as it hadn't yet been made. See photos.

It appears as if Kevin controls the show and Laurie is the front, but either way BUYER BEWARE of any additional charges. Also, the couple can be each be very vicious and combative when pressed. Loved the product, Laurie is wonderful. But Kevin added almost $200 to the install that was not in the estimate. I paid him, and he said Laurie would email me an invoice. She sent me an invoice, but it did not show the extra amount Kevin had verbally requested. We notified the company twice. Once, she replied and said she had not gotten our correspondence. the second time they sent us an invoice with the additional $195 additional charge. This is NOT a good way to do business! They called today, after all decisions were given to their construction group weeks ago, saying they have bigger projects to take care of so try someone else. They gave a referral and will refund our money but they cannot refund our time. Until today I expected to be able to give them a good review. We had well over $100,000 worth of cabinets ordered. One review said they helped her with upper cabinets for a laundry room -- but we're too small a fish and they're throwing us back? Maybe they've gotten so big their desired revenue is exceeding their integrity???? I cannot figure this out.
