Leo is truly amazing at what he does. My girlfriend has been going to him since before he moved to this location, and after he did she refused to go to anyone else! Leo pays close attention to detail, and truly cares about all of his clients. The nails with the polka dots and flowers is the nails he did today, the others are some of her previous sets he did. As for the salon itself, all of the staff are so kind. The salon is nicely decorated and clean. And you are greeted and welcomed immediately and kindly. I highly recommend this salon. She got a full new set of gel x, with nail art and I paid about $85. read more

HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YIUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! I've given this place a generous 3 chances to get it right...no more. Every time I have walked in there, it's a chaotic mess, unclean, disorganized, packed in, and so hurried. the last time I was there, I went with my mom and SIL. my mom and I got mani/pedis and my SIL gel nails. first off, they are extremely overpriced for what you get and that's IF you get the services from their menu actually done. The lady that did my nails was distracted, talking to her co worker, looking around constantly. I chose the luxury pedi and classic massage. She only did it for 10 minutes instead of 16 like the menu stated. used the wrong color on my nails, did a half-butt job for $75! my classic pedi at $35 was an absolute joke, the massage if you can call it that lasted 1 maybe two minutes. and seriously a child could have painted the clear polish I asked for on my nails better. i didn't even ask her to cut my cuticles and she still did a poor job of filing/cleaning them up. I have no clue why I tipped her as much as I did. there needs to be way better management of the place, they need to actually clean it , sanitize it snd organize it (it's so gross and discombobulated in there), and the staff needs to be trained properly and held accountable for their work. (be consistent with the treatments/do the things on the menu that people are paying for), stop getting distracted and not concentrating on the job at hand. maybe have the staff wear uniforms so we know who's who. the only saving grace was that my mom got a really good lady, Haley to do her mani/pedi. she was wonderful to my mom and took her time. if only all the staff were like haley. anyway, not ever going back there again. too many bad experiences to pay much money for. read more

This is my favorite nail salon ever. I always come to get my nails done there and I LOVE my nails every time. My nails are always so amazing and i always get compliments!!! I always go to my girl jenny and she is so amazing at nails. She is so talented in designs and I have never disliked my nails when I go there. Everyone there is so sweet and funny and its never awkward there. Conversation with everyone there is so fun and I love talking to the workers there. I also love the pricing. Ive got such complicated designs and it has been so cheap! I live in spokane and only go to this salon because it is my favorite and no other salon has Gel X nails. This was the filthiest nail salon I've ever been to. I got a regular manicure - the stations were all very dirty, disorganized and cluttered, the tools were very clearly being reused between customers, gloves weren't used, stations weren't cleaned between clients, the paint used was old and thick. I'm shocked that it can operate as a business with this lack of sanitation. I NEVER do reviews, but had to share this experience so that either they clean up their act for the health of their clients or so folks will go elsewhere. I only stayed because I felt badly for the woman who was doing my nails - older, no English, and clearly just doing a job. They are good for feet pedicures but I had about the worst manicure ever that chipped off the next day. When I went back and showed them they took off that polish and put on whatever random polish was on their table and it still looks pretty terrible and is already chipping two days later. I was looking for a place that took walk ins and found Inspired Nails. Walking in, I was greeted and sat at a spa chair right away. I asked for a gel x extensions, cuticle clean up, with French tip design and a gel pedicure. I upgraded to the second pedicure option. My gel x extensions were done well. My pedicure was clean. For all my services, I paid $135 which is pretty fair for what I got. Shout out to Lina who provided both services. read more

On my first trip, the tech was able to create the hombre look i wanted but insisted on acrylic when I asked for gel and did so much grinding that my nail beds and cuticles ached for two days. I reached out to management to let them know and they asked for a second chance so i made an appointment for another tech. I arrived 10 minutes early expecting to wait but they immediately put me in chair with my feet in the water for a pedicure. I waited for 25 minutes total and only got attention when I put my wet feet into my socks and shoes and walked out. I don't typically mind waiting, even when i have an appointment but there were at least three other techs sitting around on their phones and I was kept waiting for no reason. I have been going to Inspired for over a year and a half. It is not the glitziest salon out there, but they always took great care of my horrible cuticles. I am not a frequent flier. I usually get manicures every couple of months and pedicures 2-3 times a year. Because of this, and that I will pick the gel polish off my fingers after a week, I choose traditional polish. Yesterday, will most likely be the last time I go there. I did not catch the name of my manicurist, she was an older woman with braids and sharp, almond shaped, clear plastic nails. If I do return, she will not touch me again! For starters, she did not just question as to why I did not want gel, she made me feel like I was borderline criminal for it and proceeded to tell me that she was going to charge $5 to remove the gel from my toes because I was not getting it again. What a great way to make me change my mind... As she was working on my feet, I was frequently jabbed with the sharp nails mentioned above. When she was giving me an arm massage she got large amounts of lotion on my wool sweater because she was not taking care. While my polish was drying, I chose to cross my legs, she uncrossed them once and tried a 2nd time. And despite the historic reason I go there, my cuticles are choppy, not good. Because she did not have me wash my hands, all of my polish came off my fingers, not thumbs as if a peel coat was used. I did not tip and I did not complain yesterday. I went with, maybe she was having an off day. My nail polish coming off today was my last straw. Everyone else I have been to at this salon has done a good job. I don't know if I will be able to wipe this one from my memory and come back. read more

If I could give this place a -100 stars I would . This review is for their head spa next door....opened May 25'. This was by far the worst and most disturbing massage experience I've ever had. Not only were they extremely pushy and dishonest about the services they advertised, but the place itself was unsanitary. The "techniques" they used were nothing like a legitimate massage -- they dug their fingernails into my scalp, pounded on my head, choked me while I was on the table, and even stuck their fingers in my ears. What was supposed to be a one-hour massage turned into two hours of absolute torture. This is not a professional business, and it felt unsafe and misleading from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this establishment. There are plenty of clean, professional, and trustworthy massage businesses out there -- this is not one of them. read more

The area I sat next to wasn't the cleanest (wax on the floor and old gross towel warmer) but it wasn't a problem. My only complaint was that my acrylic nails ended chipping a LOT within a few days of having them. They used an unfamiliar nail polish so that was most likely the reason why. 63$ for this basic pedicure. Asked for purple toes w a white Hawaiian flower. they didn't clean my cuticles, and the shape is questionable. design looks childish and is sitting high off the nail. Was seated quickly. Brian did both manicure and pedicure. I liked having the same technician. Had eyebrows and face waxed as well. Front desk greeter was a smart person for asking me about my experience and then asking the second question ... would you like to write a review.? Who was your technician? I have been going here for a couple years, I am a seasonal resident. Last year I thought with the expansion service was not as good but only went a couple times. I have just been back a couple weeks and went in today.....I will not go back again. They have turned it into assembly line work, there is absolutely no personalization to the service at all. There is someone (supervisor hovering over the techs constantly...like hurrying them along). The tech I had today was awful, she was rushed, suggesting I did not know what I wanted, did not do what I asked for. I had to settle on a color for a pedicure that I really did not want and she did a terrible job on a nail dip done as french, polish on my fingers that she left, sloppy job on the tips. As for the mean lady named Donna (Karen), I was there witnessing the whole exchange, not 1.. not 2.. but actually 3 different techs including the owner offered to fix "Donna's" nails for free but she refused it all. You know why? She's a miserable person that was looking for something to complain about. Anyways for those that don't know, this salon is absolutely one of the best in the area. Clean, professional and absolutely amazing. Ask for Justine when you go in. She's the poor girl that had to deal with the shenanigans. She is very thorough and does a great job. read more

I seriously do not understand why every nail salon place here is so unprofessional. You make an appointment? you still have to wait 30 minutes to be sat. You call ahead and ask if they have any availability? They'll tell you yes of course and then you show up and wait an hour. I understand they are trying to make as much money as possible. I run my own business as well but it gets to a point where you're wasting clients time and your quality of service goes downhill. I'm from Arizona and every single salon in Arizona has a scheduling book. They tell you when they're available and the second you walk in they are ready for you, you don't switch around to 3 other nail techs, and they actually TAKE THEIR TIME!!!!! Today I called an hour before and asked when I should come in. He said to me that it's not busy and to come in whenever... of course I show up it's jampacked in there and there's 9 girls waiting? Are you serious??? This is the 4th salon I've tried and I've had the same issue and I've tried this place twice and still got the same outcome. I just walked out there's no way I'm giving my money to a business that had me wait 57 minutes. I suggest that you get a scheduling book and use it STRICTLY. So you don't stress out your employees (because they all looked stressed/rushed AF) and you keep your business organized. You should never have customers flowing out the door when they have called or have an appointment. Do better read more
