There are two parts to the gym; the cardio room full of treadmills, bikes and variations of those machines, all of which have built in TVs. The room is intensely cool which makes your workout a lot more enjoyable. Downstairs is the weights room, with various machines, dumbbells and squat racks just waiting to build muscles. They also have classes which are included in the price of membership and cover every discipline from yoga to spinning, boxing to pilates. While it's popular enough it's rarely overcrowded, plus it's one of the cheapest gyms around, under $15 weekly for a 12 month membership. The gym opens at 5am on weekdays.

Was reprimanded by staff member in creche for being late to pick up son, owner changed the story to say I was tracked down and found 20 minutes later - which is complete lies, I arrived myself approximately 12 minutes late unaware and was extremely sorry for the error. Gym facilities are substandard which is to be expected for the membership fee, unfortunately customer service standards are poor and it is absolutely not worth the cheap membership.
