I've had my PlayStation 5 since the console first launched, and up until recently it had been running great. I walked in first thing in the am with a dead-screen phone. They were quickly able to determine that the phone was still working and it was 99% likely a screen issue. With some creative thinking, the manager helped come up with a way to get a replacement screen into the store on the same day, even though my phone is an older device and normally it would take 1-2 days to get a replacement screen shipped. I had a crack on my Iphone and had it fixed by them. The charge was $258.59. One week later, the screen cracked again. I did not drop the Iphone or damage it in anyway. It cracked by itself. I included the pictures of the cracked screen. The owner said there was a 90 day warranty for the screen. I then took the Iphone to him, showing the cracked screen. He said he wouldn't do anything. He said the screen wouldn't crack by itself. I didn't do anything to this phone after it was fixed. It broke on its own. It broke because of the poor job he did installing the new screen. He stole my $258.59. He is a liar and a scammer. Do not trust this guy. He will steal your money. read more

I had a problem with my laptop computer that wouldn't charge -- I suspected that the charging port was broken. Instafix was one of the few places open on Sunday with a real person answering the phone. The guy was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. The guy was very fair and honest. Instafix Foothill Ranch was able to fix my Lenovo laptop. Unfortunately, it's a common problem with the frame separating from the screen at the hinge. I guess especially on lenovo's, with the flip screen, It's a risky procedure because the screen can crack but this guy did a fabulous job. Price was in line with other stores across the nation. My Apple Watch is about three years old. I submitted my request via online. Customer service form and someone responded that I really should just send it in to Apple Watch repair. YZ did an absolutely fantastic job on a repair job for my 77-inch LG OLED. At first I was hesitant to drag this beast of a TV to their shop since I got an-house technician to look at it and they declared the TV toast (with maybe a 5% chance of repair).
