Today they sent an email with an innocuous subject line, but in the text mentioned that they have "upgraded" me to add their $170 annual report filing service and will bill my credit card in 14 days unless I cancel the new service through a confusing web app they set up. I never agreed to this. Filing the report myself online is quick and costs less than half what they charge. Offering extra services is fine, but charging my card without consent crosses the line.
