No explanation of what they were doing. (I guess that's what the $160.00 was for) Afterwards, Sarah told me to go sit ourside her office - 2:30 now. By 4:30, everyone leaving the clinic. I ask Sarah why I haven't been called yet. She was surprised to see me and walked me across the clinic to where the doctor was. Turns out, I missed my name being called at 3:30, as Sarah had not instructed me to sit in the correct area of the clinic, and Regie, the doctor's assistant, did not walk around the clinic to find me. Ok, not a well run clinic as zero communication. Finally, in to see the doctor, Darren Albert. Rude, unprofessional bordering on abusive. He jumped right to lenses before explaining my test results and would not allow any questions, ordering me not to talk. Needless to say, my husband and I left, agreeing that our next call would be to the College des Medicens de Quebec.
