Originally reached out to them saying that I needed my insurance to start in one week, gave them…read morethe date and my credit card number, and they started the insurance right away. I reached out to them again asking them to change the starting date of my insurance due to the fact that I already had insurance. I was told that they could not switch the policy date, and then I would need to pay in full again on the date I wanted so that the policy would start that date. They charged my credit card again for a full year. I asked for the paperwork to be sent to me, but they told me that because of the first policy, the second policy didn't exist. They wanted me to for the third time pay in full and start the policy on that date. I got a phone call this morning from the original company, the insurance was going to go through, letting me know that each time they had given me these policies to sign up for, each policy had been different than the next, and the policy that they claimed didn't exist fully still existed when I called to complain. I was hung up on.
