After submitting a quote request online I was contacted by John Sules via email. I had a very busy schedule juggling kids, work, house diys and chores and I am very pleased that John was very understanding when I wasn't able to answer his calls or reply back right away on his emails. He explained to me a lot of details about the home insurance coverage and he was truly patient with all of my inquries. Upon my return from a family vacation, John was able to squeeze in my request that if he could drop by my home to take photos of my cars. It was a quick photo inspection, then all papers were signed and we had some good conversation. There is a true value when you meet and work with a real agent, and not with a virtual one. They can guide you and give you tips on additional coverage you might need. It was really cool experience working with John and I highly recommend him.

During a recent auto claim, the process became unnecessarily prolonged through repeated estimate revisions, supplemental reviews, administrative back-and-forth, and ongoing delays that ultimately resulted in significant out-of-pocket costs for my family. Despite carrying a $500 deductible, my actual out-of-pocket impact from this claim has now exceeded $2,000, including extended rental vehicle expenses tied directly to the prolonged handling timeline. What stood out most was the lack of meaningful support, communication, or advocacy from the local office throughout the process. Outside of automated system-generated claim updates, there was little proactive engagement or effort to help escalate or navigate an increasingly frustrating situation. Separately, my premiums have continued to increase consistently over time with little to no communication, context, or guidance from the local office regarding the changes. Combined with the experience surrounding this claim, it has left me questioning the overall value of the customer relationship and the level of representation being provided. I understand local agents may not directly manage claims operations, but when customers are dealing with prolonged delays, financial impact, and escalating frustration, they reasonably expect their agent to step in, advocate internally, and help drive resolution. That level of partnership was simply missing here. For a company that emphasizes customer relationships and loyalty, the experience felt surprisingly impersonal during a time when support should have mattered most. Based on my experience, customers should calibrate expectations accordingly if they are looking for proactive representation during a difficult claims process.
