Don't move over just because they are offering a great price upfront because you will pay for it the next year. When you ask questions, they are slow to reply and won't really answer your questions as to why they increase. I experienced almost a 20% increase from last year. I expect to see more next year. I called the 800 number today and got all the answers I needed in about five minutes and I've been asking this particular location since May. If you want to go with Allstate either call them directly and ask to be routed to someone at a center or choose a different location. I'm learning my lesson slowly not to go with any insurance company that has an agent. They want commission with no real customer service. It's very transactional. My review is for home insurance only.
