I notified the office in June 2025 that I had sold the house. The office girls had not processed this request and my insurance was set to auto renew. I only found that out when I called the office to request the status of my refund on my annual premium. That was in July 2025 and here we sit December 2025 and I still don't have a reimbursement refund check. The excuse that I have gotten every single time is underwriting, it's an underwriting, underwriting has to approve it, underwriting, underwriting. I am so disappointed in this level of customer service that I would rather pay $150 more for car or homeowners insurance a month than ever deal with State Farm again, specifically this office.

I am a long term member of AAA for 27 consecutive years. We tend to drive older vehicles to avoid…read moremonthly payments. Because of this in those 27 years we have had to contact AAA for numerous tows or other services. Each time these were covered 100% by our annual membership with no out of pocket expense to us. We have never been disappointed. In recent years AAA has contracted with Lucky's Towing in the Little Rock area as a service provider. This towing service has greatly exceeded the service of previous service companies contracted by AAA. There are other less expensive motor clubs but, due to the exceptional service that AAA has always provided, we do not give the others serious consideration. The AAA branch office at 9116 Rodney Parham Road by Drug Emporium has ALWAYS provided us excellent customer service. They are always very courteous and helpful. If going out of town they are happy to provide printed tour books of the area that we will be visiting listing lodging & attractions as well as special offers to AAA members.

I am not sure if it is because I am young that they think they can f me over, but please take my advice and do not get insurance with this company. I asked to change my policy dec 22nd, 2023 and I said verbatim "I would like liability on my current car" literally the next month I was charged for my full coverage policy because "I didn't call to confirm" when I LITERALLY said verbatim I wanted liability coverage. GREG WAS AWARE OF "TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS" ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE WHEN CHANGING YOUR POLICY (which I didn't find out until AFTER the fact) AND CHOSE TO QUOTE ME A $50 PREMIUM VIA TEXT MESSAGE and then decided to take it back a month later. They wanted me to pay $250 for liability on an 08' car. All of these concerns were brought to their attention offline but they are not hearing me so maybe this will get their attention.
