We Googled that and it seemed to be a very serious situation that we needed to attend to right away. Since it was Sunday, no Mechanic shops were open. We showed up at 8am the next morning to Elite Auto Services and within about 10 minutes, they identified it was not the rear lower control arm and just a plastic piece that had come down, which they removed. The crew was friendly, helpful and just otherwise outstanding. I highly recommend this business.
