My experience with Integrated Climate has been a very pleasant one in all respects. Over the years my family and I have had several repair, remodeling, or other maintenance work completed on our home. Regrettably not all have been a good experience. Timeliness, courtesy, and quality have been recurring issues. Our experience with Integrated Climate was exceptional, beginning with my first call to schedule an appointment all the way through cleanup after the installation. Everyone was prompt, courteous, helpful, well informed, and obviously an expert in their area of responsibility. This was a first class effort all the way around. I was very impressed with how timely, courteous, and thorough Murad, the owner of the company, is after coming out and doing work at my house yesterday. I had my duct work cleaned and my furnace inspected/cleaned. He did a very nice job cleaning all the duct work and even vacuumed up after the job was finished!!! My wife and I were so happy that we did not have to spend extra time cleaning up afterward! Ultimately, our experience was definitely FIVE STARS!! We will be calling the company seasonally to perform maintenance and get us ready for whatever weather comes our way, whether it be a.c. for those disgusting hot days or heating for the brutal cold!
