This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't care about the customers, not even a little. They have the worst attitude toward people that I have ever encountered. They would not deliver a cpap machine to my home, they demanded that I come in to have a mask fitted. I am in a wheelchair and leaving the house requires a huge effort. I told them I am very familiar with putting masks on and making sure they fit. I have dealt with hazmat equipment in the past and could teach them how to use a mask. The short story is I ended up not getting a cpap machine at all. Now after not getting me the equipment I need they expect me to pay them $146 dollars for doing nothing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else for your needs. read more

Worst place ever don't waste your time here my pap machine is so necessary trying to get the pressure changed on a brand new machine was a change of life for these folks,had a new sleep study and the pressure was still too high,never got it adjusted from integrated after being a customer for over ten years ,these folks didn't do anything to help,now I go to lehans and they got everything fixed integrated doesn't care about anything but making sales not customer service! read more

They gave my uncle a replacement lift (he's over 300lbs and disabled) Then took it away before he could get a new one so now he's stuck in his chair without! He has insurance through the state and they were going to take it the NEXT morning, giving us time to get a doctor's note from his doctor saying we could have this one.... nope they took it that morning and then had the nerve to put 100% of the blame on the driver.....the driver... and had a terrible attitude throughout the entire process with my 70year old grandmother. My insurance changed while on my cpap. I paid roughly... 80 dollars for renting the cpap during the month I was without insurance. Once my new insurance kicked in, they billed my new insurance, or at least they did for the first month. I ordered some more cpap supplies through them and was told that the total would come out to roughly $328. A week or so later I got a bill for $150, and another bill the week after that. Thinking that they split up my supply bill into a short term payment plan, I paid the two bills. Then, this past week I got ANOTHER bill, this time for the previously stated $328. Confused, I looked back at the other two invoices. They had billed me directly instead of going through my insurance at all for the previous 2 months. I called and talked to the billing department but alas nothing has come out of it yet. I make very little money and so being out 300 dollars is very frustrating, especially when I thought that 300 was going towards my bill that I was told of. read more

They have the rudest staff that work their desk at the Rockford store. That alone makes me want to not use their business. THEY sent me the wrong supplies and then acted like it was my fault. I am hoping I can find somewhere else to get supplies. read more

Not responsive AT ALL! My father was diagnosed with SEVERE Sleep Apnea on July 30th. Ever since, I have called and called and called Integrated to get him CPAP equipment. NO ONE HAS EVER returned my call. He is nearly 90 years old and his quality of life is greatly diminished due to exhaustion. A total failure as a business. read more

Amazed at the kind and efficient service we received today. After getting concerning results from a sleep study, the people at Integrated quickly handled paperwork and got my husband connected with a sleep machine. Technically I would say that my experience was sufficient. However the receptionist needs a little training on customer service. Went from a CPAP to a BiPAP and had a lot of questions that were difficult to get answered. read more

The personal service and attention we have received has been amazing. My mother is on oxygen and gets all her machines and supplies through Integrated. One of the most impressive things was when we went to travel on an airplane, we were able to get the special airline approved oxygen concentrator loaned to us at no cost at all! We were concerned that she wouldn't be able to afford the trip between the cost of airfare and what the special travel equipment may cost but to our surprise Integrated made it all possible! We switched from a hospital owned medical supply provider to Integrated and couldn't be happier. read more

Today I observed a very sad and disrespectful interaction between someone that worked here and the customer ahead of me in line. The elderly man had just come from a wound clinic with a prescription for a wheel chair. He had a huge wrap on one foot. The person had been told he could not stand. The worker rudely told this man that the prescription was not adequate for Medicare or Medicaid very condescendingly instead calling the referring doctor and trying to help this man get the wheelchair. She had given me the same uncooperative rudeness in the past like getting my cpap supply order is really a lot of trouble for her every single time. Wish there were more choices for health care supplies in this area. I would certainly never go back! read more

Integrated used to be good but this last year it's gotten real bad. One RT had no clue what she was doing and I started getting early morning calls with aggressive demands I order new filters and other CPAP accessories. They have one person who has perfected rudeness to an art form. Their billing system is also a joke, It changes constantly. read more

Supplies are fine but their billing system is horrid. Your balance changes constantly, you never really know what your being charged, they itemize by every little item. Don't use them unless you have to. read more

I called Intergrated day before yesterday to get information on a stair lift for my husband so he could get to the basement without risking a fall. What amazing service. The space was measured yesterday and the stairlift was installed before 1 pm today. Then by 3 today a received a call asking if everything was satisfactory and if I had any questions. The two men I interacted with were great. read more

I sure didn't see the poor customer service others have noted. They got me in quickly and showed me in detail how to use the CPAP machine, very professional and courteous. I have not yet dealt with the billing and Medicare, but will update if there are any issues. read more

Integrated Homecare Services went out of their way to repeatedly call my husband regarding reordering of his CPAP machine supplies. The rates they attempt to bill their customers are 4-5X greater than you can buy on your own. Since these supplies go against your deductible, they are passing on these inflated costs to you when you can order them yourself from anywhere else at a significantly reduced cost. Make sure you understand exactly what is happening when you talk to them - once the items are shipped they are your responsibility to pay for regardless of the insane charges for items that cost a fraction to purchase on your own. read more
