I have a Medicare Supplemental Plan, and i truly believe they overcharge. I was told my knee braces wouldn't cost anything and am now being billed $2,206.95 each one, which my insurance payed $4,208.06, my part after being adjusted is $205.84; but, the lady told me she entered me in a "program", for lack of a better word, where I would not be charged. I have many more examples, but i will spare you. One more complaint is they are billing for a 30-39 minute office visit and i see them if im lucky for 15, but normally 10.​ A compliment i do have is for the exceptional check-in and the check-out staff. They are friendly without losing professionalism. I would not recommend.

They try to push hurtful injections on you that don't help and if you refuse to get them then they lie and say you had other narcotics in your urine just so they could stop giving you any pain meds at all. They make their money off giving people harmful injections. This place needs to be shut down as they are frauds. Don't waste your time or money here, they don't help their patients and only care about money. They are deleting their bad reviews because they don't want people knowing the truth about how they operate. The guy nurse is rude as hell and 95% of the time you don't even see a real doctor, only nurses. This place is a joke!! Go elsewhere where you will be listened to and prescribed the right pain meds and dosage. You will only be still in pain going here like I was. I continued to tell them the low dose of pain meds I was receiving wasn't helping me, but they did not care. Stay away!! But only as long as you have the proper insurance and can pay the additional thousands of dollars in co-pays and additional fees. BUT, if you DON'T have the proper insurance, and a wad of cash stashed under your mattress, well then, you might as well just move along. That is to say, within the constraints of your physical ability to move at all! So if you find, while trying to find other means of obtaining the procedure you so desperately need, that you only require a minimal form to accompany an application for said assistance, in order to get back being a productive member of society, don't expect any help with that! A simple form, a half page piece of paper, nothing more than a few scribbles, the only thing left standing in the way of just sending the application for assistance....well, you better just go back and start over with another, EQUALLY talented surgeon, because Dr. Matthew Barber just doesn't have time to consider anything that he cannot place on his list of super-human achievements.

They always make sure you're alright through the entire process. I am picky about everything and especially my personal doctor. I live almost an hour from mobile in traffic, in Daphne and I will continue to travel that distance because of Dr Cockrell and his staff.
