It was obviously a movement issue, not a vacuum leak or a topside issue. Part of it turned out to be U joints. The other part was the cam shaft positioning sensor and they charged me 800 to change a spark plug and diagnose a fuel injector issue... VINCE HAS THE WORST ATRITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS. He took advantage of a disabled woman and her Navy son. All he cares about is the money, not the person. I hope this business closes soon for good because people are waking up to his tactics. His mechanics are pretenders and so is he. I fixed the issue myself.​

We asked them to check certain things while the vehicles were being serviced and they failed to remember to do so both times.. this last time we brought our vehicle in they put everything back together on the engine and forgot to replace some seals near the intake. Our engine was leaking gas. It cost us $600 to have corrected at another shop. The other complaint I have is that when you call in to check on your vehicle they act put out. They give the impression they can't be bothered. I highly recommend if you live in the Marion Indiana area to find a better mechanic or drive to another town. This place is bad news.

We took car to him on Monday, along with all the warranty information and told him he needed to call the warranty people to get authorization so he can get paid. HE AGREED AND SAID HE LIKED OUR COMPANY BECAUSE THEY PAY FOR THE DIAGNOSIC! Not one single time did he call with any updates. By Wednesday he still "hasn't found anything". Today (Friday) we go to pick it up, still doesn't know what is wrong. When I asked for a copy of the codes he pulled so I could look into them, he got irritated and tossed the paper at me, hatefully. When told we would be taking the car, he tried to charge $90 for the diagnostic. Threatened to keep the car even. When asked if he followed the directions I gave him for the diagnostic fee, he said no. That he didn't have time. I offered to get them on the phone right then and there. Of course he didn't want to do that. He cleared off the $90 and returned the car. He was rude, arrogant, and chauvinistic. He doesn't do what he promises and did nothing for us but run out a 1/2 tank of gas. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY. YOU WILL JUST BE AS DISAPPOINTED AS HIS WIFE PROBABLY IS.
