I have been going to HealthSource of Fort Walton Beach South for a little over a year now. The range of motion I now have in my neck is fantastic. I can turn it all the way to the right or left to look for traffic while driving. I great safety plus factor. Additionally Dr. Sarah has been working on my spine and I'm feeling and seeing great improvement there as well. I have a compressed L4 & L5 which can be quite painful but her adjustments give me a good feeling to my back. I have been coming here for a little over two months I do believe and could not be more satisfied with my treatment! I have gone to my wife's chiropractor appointments with her in the passed at different facilities and they were no where near as thorough or dedicated to helping change a person's quality of life as these people have been. Yes the price is higher than other chiropractic care out there but I have never seen a place that gets so in-depth with there care as this one. Also what is the cost of having a healthy spine and healthy body function to you? To me it has been worth every out of pocket dime I have spent here so far without any insurance coverage ( as of yet. My family and I live in ATL and every time we are in Destin visiting family we go see Dr. Shawn Leatherman and Dr. Dave Bak. I personally have seen hundreds of chiropractors in my 40 years and I have never found a chiropractor like them. I am a Neuromuscular Therapist and need my hands to work. I know my body well enough to know when something isn't right. Two weeks ago my wrist was out of place. I saw 3 chiropractor in the past weeks and finally after today my wrist is set back correctly. After moving to the area last year we went to see Dr. L at the recommendation of my daughter's dance instructor. He is the 5th chiropractor we have seen during the last 7 years. He is the ONLY chiropractor that provided a full evaluation of her physical health prior to beginning to treat her. From an overall physical to xrays that pinpointed her exact structural problems, we were literally shocked not only with how thorough their initial evaluation was, but the diagnosis they were able to come up with based on that evaluation. We had been searching for answers to some of her problems for years and Dr. L's treatment is the only one we have seen any results for! Integrity Chiropractic, place I enjoy going to, Dr Leatherman gets me adjusted properly, there is also a physical therapy and traction sections, I needed for my muscles to get stronger, once I am adjusted these muscles need to learn how to stay in their new position to keep the bones in the right places. On days where the pain is excruciating they have his percussion machine that they'll use in certain areas to help relieve some of the pain and staff tape me up with the flex tape more things are incorporated here to include the entire body, which is what I really like. The staff is absolutely wonderful the receptionist do a great job polite all the time sometimes I come in and I'm not the nicest cause I hurt so bad, and they always have a smile on their faces. Three years ago I received a three-month long treatment to better align my spine to take pressure off of a compressed disc in the lumbar region three years ago. Since then I have been a "wellness" patient receiving biweekly adjustments. Over this time I think that the initial treatment and the wellness adjustments have helped me to improve my running form, and endurance as well as to recover faster from long runs. This past weekend I set a new personal record (PR), i.e., a new fastest time for me, on a 100-mile trail run in Texas. Certainly I had to train, but that training now pays higher dividends than it used to. Excellent chiropractors at Integrity! And the staff is so helpful and always cheerful! I've been going here for over a year now and they have really helped me physically with wellness adjustments. Recently, I had extreme low back and hip pain. After dealing with it for a few weeks, I came in for an adjustment and that pain was gone and I could walk again without suffering through the pain. I also bring my son here for regular adjustments. He plays football and gets pretty banged up sometimes, but definitely notices a different in how he performs since he's been doing these regular adjustments. After auto accident my wife and I have going to integrity for therapy/ adjustment a I'm very impressed seeing and feeling the after results and affects of the physicians work. The physicians are very kind, and had many solutions for positions and tasks that were a little difficult at times. What is amazing is seeing the after effects through X-ray of how my body has been corrected, the pain almost gone, and I can move and twist with very little difficulty. I've been going to HealthSource for over a year now on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. They've all been so amazing. I had an accident in December of 2015, in which I fractured my back in 4 places and ruptured a disc in my neck, and I've been seeing Dr. Leatherman and their staff ever since. Dr. Shawn Leatherman is nothing short of a miracle worker! I needed an appointment as I injured my back lifting something entirely too heavy and could barely walk for two days. I was able to get in right away to see Dr.Shawn and 10mins later my back felt fine. I mentioned my elbow had been causing me pain for several months so he adjusted my arm/shoulder and used some massage, rock tape, and spritzed some Cryoderm and that pain was gone too.
