After my first adjustment I was still in a lot of pain and the massage therapist that works there noticed and scheduled me for a massage the next day as well. They have been able to put me on the schedule for a few more adjustments before I fly back home so that hopefully I am not in as much pain on the trip home since I can't get an MRI till I get back. On the day of my appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early, did the initial patient paperwork and was sent to wait in a waiting area. Fifteen minutes after I was supposed to be seeing someone, the receptionist came back and said the Doctor wasn't there but would be at some point. I am not sure how good the Chiro biz is, but not sure I want to start a Doctor/Patient relationship which an organization that is so comfortable with disrespecting my time. I will still seek out services from someone but the only advice I would share is - buyer beware.

Before finding Dr. Wiggins, I went to another chiropractor who felt more focused on upselling than actually helping. That was not the case here at all. Most recently, Dr. Wiggins got my back in shape right before a long trip to England. Honestly, if it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have been able to walk comfortably over there. The doctors, brothers Cole and Nate Blume (pronounced Blue-Me), have a wonderful approach to health and wellness and are very good about explaining the place of chiropractic in all of it. They are very welcoming and answer questions and/or address issues I bring up. They can, at times, be a little over the top but think about it this way: your mom hovers a bit too much sometimes but it's usually motivated by a heart that deeply cares. Same with the Drs. Blume; they genuinely care for the patients and are highly ethical practitioners. They would never perform something (x-rays, adjustments, etc) just because "insurance will pay for it" (yes, I've had a doctor or two do that).
