When searching for a home in York, PA, he assisted me in locating a home that fit my budget and my needs. Mr. Kopp did not push anything upon me that I did not want. Mr. Kopp is very punctual and takes all matters very serious. When trying to close on a home, there were special stipulations that had to be met in order for me to qualify for special financing through PHFA. When the owners and opposite realtor decided to just not finish those stipulations and rent the property out instead, Mr. Kopp was very persuasive in allowing us to make the needed repairs and close on the home. Overall, I'm very grateful being able to move from Baltimore, MD to York, PA. Without Mr. Kopp's expertise and assistance, this would not have been possible.

One of the ladies called Mark Carr's number and went directly to his voice mail. Fortunately, the president of the condo association happen to be coming home and saw the crowd. She stopped and confirmed that she had authorized an open house and thought there would be someone in the lobby to meet and greet. She began to give us the particulars about the association and the property. More people are arriving. Mark Carr then responded to the call by texting and advising that the "Open House" had been canceled and someone had dropped the ball. It appeared the only person that knew it had been canceled was Mark Carr. Although the cost of the property in question was slight obviously in his eyes, each one of the people standing there had properties that would also need to be sold and many were downsizing including myself. Pretty certain there was not a person there that would consider using Mark Carr for purchase or sale of a property. Please keep in mind that all of this transpired in the first half hour of the proposed "Open House". Still over an hour of people to come and go. Not buying from Mark Carr.

Chipped, faded, very poorly done. Nails used to repair deck not screws. Red Flag, railings not attached to studs yup, Red flag wait couple weeks after they paint, cracks, screw pops, and so much more. I really hope you get my point. It did not state anything about water in the basement, which we saw first hand, and there was no place on the renovation list that noted they took care of the mold problem that was noted on the inspection done before they remodeled. The inspection noted mold in several areas. The company claims to have 'removed' it, but never stated this was actually done. They could never provide us with invoices or warranties on the supposed new sewer pump, water pump, roof, etc. Our realtor asked more than enough times for this information...never received. I feel bad for the next person that puts an offer on this home. We terminated the contract. If you are smart, you will ask questions...lots of them. But don't hold your breath on getting the answers. I think they know there are problems, and are hoping to find the person that isn't going to ask questions. There is a reason this home has been on the market for almost a year...now we know why.

We've been looking for a year for a home! Anyways, we met Jerry and EVERYTHING changed. He would send us homes based on the area we wanted, how many beds and bathrooms we wanted, the yard we wanted, and I would text him and he would get us into those homes THAT DAY or at our soonest available time.
