    Do not trust this man! First of all, he has never been on time to a single meeting I've scheduled…read morewith him. This guy promised to complete repairs to a house two months prior to closing. In our final walk through, none of the repairs had been made. Mark signed an addendum at the closing saying he would cover the cost of the repairs. After finally replacing a window sash that he agreed to replace within 3 weeks after the closing, 3 weeks late. He's decided he's not responsible for anything else.

Very shortly I was joined by 2 additional people there for the same showing. Soon our numbers grew and we were now 8 people standing outside a building that was to have been an open house. One of the ladies called Mark Carr's number and went directly to his voice mail. Fortunately, the president of the condo association happen to be coming home and saw the crowd. She stopped and confirmed that she had authorized an open house and thought there would be someone in the lobby to meet and greet. She began to give us the particulars about the association and the property. More people are arriving. Mark Carr then responded to the call by texting and advising that the "Open House" had been canceled and someone had dropped the ball. It appeared the only person that knew it had been canceled was Mark Carr. Although the cost of the property in question was slight obviously in his eyes, each one of the people standing there had properties that would also need to be sold and many were downsizing including myself. Pretty certain there was not a person there that would consider using Mark Carr for purchase or sale of a property. Please keep in mind that all of this transpired in the first half hour of the proposed "Open House". Still over an hour of people to come and go. Not buying from Mark Carr.

    if I could do half a point I would. My suggestion would be to look for red flags with this company!…read more First red flag "I WOULD NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS BUY ANOTHER HOME FROM THESE PEOPLE"! Red flag (If they say it was inspected by their person, ask to see them, if he's 5 years old, which is what I think RUN! Red flag, my deck was freshly painted cool right? Not, lasted one year. Chipped, faded, very poorly done. Nails used to repair deck not screws. Red Flag, railings not attached to studs yup, Red flag wait couple weeks after they paint, cracks, screw pops, and so much more. I really hope you get my point. I guess I'm to trusting, and I shouldn't have been with this place, very sad. At least, I can now say I know what RED FLAGS look like. With lots of work we did, that should have been checked, and done already, I love my house now. Have all houses inspected! Even if they say they had it done already.

The disclosure was inaccurate. It did not state anything about water in the basement, which we saw first hand, and there was no place on the renovation list that noted they took care of the mold problem that was noted on the inspection done before they remodeled. The inspection noted mold in several areas. The company claims to have 'removed' it, but never stated this was actually done. They could never provide us with invoices or warranties on the supposed new sewer pump, water pump, roof, etc. Our realtor asked more than enough times for this information...never received. I feel bad for the next person that puts an offer on this home. We terminated the contract. If you are smart, you will ask questions...lots of them. But don't hold your breath on getting the answers. I think they know there are problems, and are hoping to find the person that isn't going to ask questions. There is a reason this home has been on the market for almost a year...now we know why.

After a few months in it started to get old, they wouldn't do any work all's they would do is send us emails and we would pick which houses we wanted to see, and even then he would schedule us for a few days after that, which his availability was terrible, we were getting very frustrated because homes we were actually interested in would sell before we got to see them, he wouldn't explain anything to us when we were first time home buyers, we were lost and needed guidance. We were fed up with the other realtor. Then one day we met Jerry! We immediately switched to him as our realtor and the other realtor wondered why? And all's I could think was are you serious? We've been looking for a year for a home! Anyways, we met Jerry and EVERYTHING changed. He would send us homes based on the area we wanted, how many beds and bathrooms we wanted, the yard we wanted, and I would text him and he would get us into those homes THAT DAY or at our soonest available time. It was a game changer for us. Why didn't I know about Jerry sooner!! After only 3 weeks he found our dream home and we are now living happily in our new home. We are very happy it all worked out. Jerry is hysterical and makes the home searching process fun and exciting. He is also very knowledgeable, he sure does know his stuff and will dig deep to find out questions you may have about a certain house. He contacts listing agents and will go the extra mile to do what ever he can for you. He is always in touch with you and responds in a fast manner. His mortgage loan officer Mike is very kind and knowledgeable as well. He will go the extra mile and when Jerry calls him at night saying he needs numbers ran on a house for clients Mike jumps on his computer and boom you have numbers ran on a house to see roughly what your mortgage would be. Jerry is loyal and extremely dedicated to his profession. Its been a long time since I've seen someone work as hard as Jerry does. He trully is amazing and I highly recommend him.
