After the first estate sale folks cancelled their contract because they were overwhelmed - we contacted Teri & Diana to handle the estate sale for my parents. I have never given a review on Yelp so this will be my first one. I am recommending Integrity First Sales. I have been to several of their estate sales, and I have never been disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable and the items at their sales are great and sometimes unique and one-of-a-kind. This a family company with 2 sisters and their mother handling most all of the aspects of the sales. They have regular buyers that are greeted with smiles and hugs when they arrive. They have goodies at the door for all to enjoy. I use a cane, and they are continually asking me if I am OK and can they help me particularly when there are stairs at the sales. I go to estate sales often as I am addicted to buying re-purposed and "used" antiques and collectibles-especially vintage tea sets! These girls are always amazing and they treat all of their customers with respect even if you are buying a $2 kitchen item! Their prices are always great and they are even willing to work with you on certain things! They are always busy and always trying to patiently explain their pricing structure-for example I wanted a tea set that I found somewhere else on line for $25 LESS than they had it priced and when I showed Teri, she changed the price to $30 less instantly! These ladies are AH-mazing! The energy between the two of them is un-matched! The way they made our dad's "stuff" look appealing was awesome and very much appreciated. The contacts they have and the marketing they do, well, let's just say there's a reason we didn't try and tackle this ourselves. They had an awesome turnout and they gave us the name of a young man we could hire to come in afterwards and haul everything away that didn't sell. Enrique was a workhouse and within two days our dad's house, garage and yard were empty and swept up. We couldn't believe how he did it, mostly by himself, he had a woman for part of each day helping but he did most of the back breaking work. The price he charged was ridiculously cheap so I gave him a bonus as we were extremely grateful. All in all, a fantastic experience! Very unprofessional staff. Was given a price of $20 for a used vhs tape at the checkout table and when I said I wanted to pass on it, was asked to go and put the movies back inside the house. After I did not put the movies back, I was then insulted by the staff member multiple times. Very rude and unprofessional. Also they do not follow covid guidlines. There was probably 50 people inside the house at once. I have been to a lot of estate sales and never have I been disrespected by somebody running the sale like I was today. I should have written this a long time ago but hey ladies, better late than never! To begin with, I have always heard that the "Estate Sale" industry may be a "little shady"! I was so skeptical I actually thought about selling off all of my Mother-in-Law's things myself! WHAT WAS I THINKING?!!!! After meeting with Diana and Terri (who shares my namesake which I took as a good sign!) they totally assuaged my fears! They were super nice, looked great and mapped out a complete game plan which included dealing with my stress level! Boy did I learn what serious hard work was that week! They worked TIRELESSLY and patiently answered all of my "pricing" concerns which I'm sure was more than they bargained for!
