This has been a horrible experience. I have had so many aides sent to my home I lost count and the lack of training and professionalism is huge. My experience has been aides that don't do anything but sit and be on their phones or they have no idea how to clean or they are consistently late or just call in last minute and then the office staff don't even notify me several times when the aide wasn't coming. The turnover rate seems huge and I have been gossiped about by office staff and treated like a child. I can't even understand how this is able to continue. I feel so passed off and I just give up. The type of care I got was not good at all. I feel so bad for the elderly that can't speak up. Don't use this company. Insurance fraud is a whole nother offense that is going on daily with this company. I'm so happy to be moving on! read more
