Wow. I'm sorry to see that there are no positive posts about this company. If you are reading this and have had a positive experience, please give them a couple of stars here. We postponed the hail damaged roof as long as we could. We've been busy and we did not want the headache of calling the insurance company, finding a contractor, making choices and the rest of the fal-der-all that goes with a new roof. Eventually, Josh came out. He handled the entire deal. We contacted the insurance company and gave him full reign. He suggested a product, he argued (and was successful) with the insurance company, he scheduled and watched over the progress. When we did speak, I felt badly that I was not as enthusiastic as he was. He tried to explain ice damns, quality products and vent hoods, but I could not be less interested. The crew was clean, polite and quick. The last day they were here, I saw one of the guys on his knees in the dark, still picking stuff out of the lawn. Pretty dedicated, I'd say. When I win the lottery, I'm going to use these guys for whole house new floors. PS: I forgot to add that they do "everything humanly possible" to recycle. Big selling point for me. read more

My fiance and I used Integrity Home Solutions to remodel our master bathroom and it was nothing but headaches. The work that was done was awful. We have called them numerous times to come back out and finish their work, to reinstall a new bathroom vent, to fix leaking pipes, and to fix our cabinets (which still hasn't been done). They couldn't fix our water pipe downstairs that they installed, so they told us to hire a plumber to come fix it which we did, and then they would send us a check to cover the cost... we have yet to see that check and it's been two months now. Since I can't get my $200 back or get my cabinets fixed to the way they were supposed to be, I'm posting this on every site I possible can to warn other customers that this company is bad news and is a very high risk. I regret hiring these people to do our remodel. read more

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!!! I had someone come by my he was trying to sell me windows, I said he could drop off a brochure in the mailbox next time he is in the area. Now this is a month later and I have received four calls from them saying I have missed my appointments with them. I NEVER set up an appt I NEVER told them I was interested in receiving a quote I NEVER told them I would allow them to do an estimate. I had a conversation with the manager and it still did not help. We'll see how this goes. I'm in the middle of upstairs bath remodel. Supposed to be complete this Fri. 1/27/17. Tub, shower walls, and sink not in stock yet. Surprised, since I told them at the end of Nov., to pick a week anytime in Jan., that is fine with me. We started 1/24/17, but were supposed to start 1/23/17. So far, have a leak on my downstairs bath ceiling (directly under upstairs toilet). "From water sloshing around when removing toilet". Their exact words. Not mine. When I mentioned today, what are we going to do about it, he acted like, what do you mean "WE". I'm not usually confrontational and frankly I was stunned. Also they installed drywall with a 1/2" horizontal gap. Yes, I said 1/2" taped and mudded gap. Sent a pic. to my Journeyman drywaller friend, she said, no way would she ever tape and mud a 1/2" gap. I'll keep you posted. Okay. Things are just getting worse. On Friday, 1/27/17, I found out my sink and shower walls haven't even made it to their warehouse. May be in by next week? Hoping for Wed. I signed contract on 11/14/17, how can matl. not be in and why was my bathroom demo'd on 1/24/17 knowing there was no matl. Also found out the guys working on my bath are going on vacay this Monday! So if my matls. come in, I have new workers picking up where they left off. Josh, the Mgr. has been very nice and apologetic. Said he's doing the best he can to rectify the situation and that they will also repair my ceiling. I want to believe him and be patient, but driving across town to my sister-in-laws to shower every day is getting on my last nerve. I'll keep you posted. read more

We had a 4x8 foot master bathroom gutted and remodeled by the husband and wife team of Gene and Maureen. They did a wonderful job! They were good at listening to us and providing what we wanted. They were professional, relatively quick, and had a great attitudes. I especially appreciated the couple of times they asked us about where to place something and gave us pros and cons about some other decisions. If I use IHS again, I would specifically ask for these two. read more

Don't USE Integrity Home Solutions for Anything. They are HORRIBLE! We Now have a great dog. We needed a fence installed. Integrity Home Solutions sales guy told us his crews needed our job before they get busy this spring and offered a discount to sign contract today so they could start right away. Signed contract on March 15th. Our hope was to have a fence in 2 or 3 weeks. a month later we are told the guy working on our permits is in Mexico on vacation. ask for my money back from the owner. He said we will have your fence in by end of week. That was 3 weeks ago. They have had a different excuse each week since. The latest is "weather permitting we will have you job done next week" I think I may need a lawyer. :( read more

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!! Had a salesman "Jim" come out to the house on May 2nd 2016 for a gutter/siding estimate. He follows my wife up the drop stairs into the attic and trips and steps on the drywall. creates a 8x6 hole in my garage drywall ceiling and leaves. We have left messaged for the owner "Bill" who doesn't return calls. Jim the salesman tells us if we go with their bid they will fix the ceiling or it will be 6-8 weeks before they can get to it. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! We signed our contract to remodel our kitchen in November 2016, planning to have our kitchen remodeled in June. We have been lied to every step of the way. First, they cashed our deposit check the next business day even though we asked them to wait a few days for our money to transfer from savings. Second, we were told someone would call in a couple weeks to make an appointment to remeasure our kitchen, but no one did. We called a month later and had to arrange the time ourselves. Matt L came out to measure and ordered door samples for us, which were supposed to come in a week or so. We waited 2 MONTHS and still never got them. We had to call the general manager to bring samples to our house to select the cabinet color and style. Third, we called in April to schedule our start date and talked to the new project manager, Jake. He said he was still getting organized and would call us back in a few weeks. He never did. When I called again, he said probably the end of June but he couldn't give me a firm date. I've called several times since then and the date keeps getting pushed back because apparently it rained a lot this spring and our cabinets are on back order. It is now July and we still have no start date. We hired this company to reduce the stress of our renovation and to have it completed in a timely manner. They have not followed through on both points. I don't even know if this company is legit or if our kitchen will ever get done. At this point we just want our $5000 back! read more

This company is not a construction company,they are a sales company that uses high pressure tactics and then hires cheap sub contractors do their jobs, That's why their jobs turn out horrible and they also have 17 BBB complaints. Their supposed owner bill Deluliis is a complete idiot,this guy knows nothing about anything,he is a total goofball!! I strongly recommend not using this company. i had my gutter monster system installed last year. It was installed wrong, and has been leaking ever since. after about a 4 month wait they sent out another crew to fix it, and they re-installed it wrong. Its been absolutely ridiculous, waiting on empty promises, and non call backs. read more

Was lied to from the beginning. Sales guys said work could be completed by end of March. Project manager said supplies had been ordered and received. End of April work finally begins and then stalls because supplies aren't actually in. Delayed further because worker does not come work every day and lied about when he would come which had me sitting at home waiting for his arrival for no reason. Bathroom torn up longer than needed. "Finished" bathroom looks unprofessional, installation of floor and shower faucet are incorrect, caused damage in neighboring room. Attempt at fixing floor problems only created more problems because the whole thing needs to be redone. Working with office people to find some resolution gets us nowhere. Terrible customer service and still waiting for a job we hired them for in January to be complete. I could continue with problems but they have already wasted too much of my time. read more

This company is high pressure, poor quality and extremely expensive. Bought a roof and waited five months to get installed. My wife walked outside to find installer urinating off roof. Two months later roof still leaks. Talked Bill Deulias (supposed owner) and continue to get run around. It seems this company needs to re-evaluate the name Integrity. Horrible experience!!!!
