I reset the alarm on the panel only for it to come back on later. All thru the night I had to get up and shut this alarm off. The next morning I contacted Dyess and a Service Tech came out and inspected. His answer was we need a new board that is located in the attic. This was a Thursday afternoon around 5:30. He was going back to the office and find out when and where a board could located. Today is September 11, and we still have no answer as to when we will get a replacement part.
