I loved this place so much. I get a pedicure at least once a month and traveling to Enid the hotel…read morerecommended Star Nail and boy am I glad she did ! Service was like none other for the same price I pay for other pedicures but it was relaxing refreshing and not rushed !! I'm going to get a gift certificate from here for my daughter in law that lives here as a treat for her amazing service

Updating because of these last couple of experiences…read more It's pretty been VERY hit and miss at this salon. The pedicures are always severely lacking. You might as well just get the most basic pedicure because they aren't going to put much effort into the actual care of your feet, whether you pay for the top or bottom tier pedicure. The last couple times I've gotten one there, the tech painted my toes like a child would and I ended up having to redo them myself because I was too embarrassed to let anyone see my toes like that. This last time, the tech had the bright idea to do my pedicure while having me hold my fingertips in a bowl of acetone that he set on my lap and kept rudely reminding me not to spill the bowl of acetone every time he'd have me move my feet up and down. He had me soaking in acetone for about 45 mins and then when my pedicure (that I didn't get to enjoy because I was balancing the bowl of acetone the entire time) was over, he used a dremel to remove the WET, lumpy acrylic and ended up flinging acrylic into my eye, which burned like hell and was hard to remove. He apologized but no discount was offered, and he continued to dremel the acrylic off but just told me to close my eyes until he was done. Like what?!?? My manicure this time went well. She did a really good job on my nails, but the previous set I got from there two weeks ago had gaps on every finger, between the nail and the tips, so everything in the world kept getting trapped under my nails. Like I said, pretty hit and miss but this last experience was the last time for me. No way I'm gonna pay $120 to get a less than mediocre pedicure, be talked to rudely, AND be blinded by flying acrylic chunks
