I had a good experience with Integro - but I was not aware that they will not prorate or provide credit for a policy that is cancelled during the duration of the term - even if you have a valid reason. read more

She'd already called and checked this was okay and how much it would cost. All I wanted was the company's generic bank details so I know where to send the payment to. They were not willing to provide this and claimed it was due to data protection. Well this is silly and over the top as there's no personal information given if they provide me just with generic payment information. If they are this obstructive with a basic query then how can anyone rely on them to look after them in hardship . Definitely wouldn't use them in the future. Plus what sort of an amateur company uses an @gmail email address?
