Wow these reviews are terrible, I haven't personally hired intelcom to deliver something to me but I've had them deliver packages consistently from online purchases and I've never had a bad experience with them. I felt compelled to add a good review, most people are motivated to spend the time to post a bad review but few post postive ones unless they are compenstated. There was no compensation to me in this review, I just happened to be looking up courier services. So here's what I like about them. Their tracking system let's me know when to expect my package They delivered about 100+ packages on time and respectfully. I am happy when I see a white van pull up because it's usually them and when I'm not there they take care to put my packages out of the rain and when I have something for them to hide it behind they will place it there. I'd much rather vendors use them than other services for my deliveries, but for the most part my deliveries have been uneventful. read more

This is the worst delivery service I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to work with. I would never use the except that they are the amazon partner in my stupid province and I have no choice. They lose packages all the damn time, they "fail" to make deliveries to my building (an appartment building with 200+ unites that gets several amazon deliveries per day at a minimum!) and worst of all, they take no responsibility and have basically no route to contact customer service. On July 22nd they failed to deliver a shipment of my cat's prescription cat food, which was listed as "another attempt will be made" and no further information on their website. They finally updated it to "lost" on July 5 and when I finally found a customer service number (which was NOT) listed on their website, they had teh absolute fucking GAUL to tell me that they knew the package was lost but had no way to contact with me because they didn't have my email address??? I CHECKED THE TRACKING ON THEIR WEBSITE EVERY DAY WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU COULDN'T UPDATE ME. This isn't even the first time this has happened. Previously, I needed to return a laptop to amazon due to a defect and I was required to return it with the came courrier. I scheduled a pickup and they.... just didn;t show up. 3 times in a row. Until I passed outside of Amazon's return window and lost the ability to return the laptop. When I called them to ask what was going on the rep literally said "I don't know and there is nothing I can do other than just schedule a pickup again." What kind of company is this?? I would rate them 0 stars if that was an option. Avoid at all costs. read more

Customer "service" claims they have zero way to communicate with specific depots or drivers, other than email. Bulls**t. They claim they have no direct way to contact a superior. Bulls**t. The drivers claim they've attempted delivery when they never even drive down your road, let alone walk up to your house. So...you guessed it; bulls**t. You'll receive the "be there in the next hour" message and at the end of the hour you instead read "could not deliver". All that or the day of delivery the tracking page randomly (actually, predictably) changes to "pending calculations" (what does that even mean?!). Anyone else have them admit they didn't even take the parcel out for delivery at all? If every single employee were buried neck deep in salt after receiving a billion paper cuts and mutated fire ants the size of Buicks circled ever closer...they'd have gotten off too easy. read more

Everyone at this company lies! The drivers say they attempted delivery but never even try. Had them even submit falsified pictures of my building and computer directory to prove they were here. Both pictures were "doctored" and the computer directory from my building had a completely different address on the screen. Customer service said they would deliver the next day, only to find out later that they don't deliver on weekend. Said it would be here on Monday, but I highly doubt that will happen either. read more

The couriers are too lazy to bring packages to our door. About 50% of the time, the drivers leave the package at our garage by the road. This delivery, the box was left on the ground in the rain. We've had packages stolen twice. I've called and asked for deliveries to be brought to our door, but we've seen no improvement. Do better Intelcom! read more

It's always the same issue. Drivers keep delivering my packages to wrong addresses (that's right. It's a different address each time), and the drivers even often share pictures of the wrong building in the confirmation email. I really think that reading capabilities should be a minimum requirement when recruiting drivers. Tried calling them to see if they could locate my package, and deliver it to my address, but got an automated message that they are not available at this time. I do not understand why this company is the preferred carrier for Amazon. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. read more

I will not speak of just one experience, but of the totality of bad experiences with this company. Orders do not arrive on time, and no one takes the trouble to check the hours and days when packages can be received (they are clearly indicated on Amazon's site, and I have entered them multiple times on Intelcom's site). Packages are abandoned wherever they shouldn't be left, even if the contents are sensitive to temperature or water. They simply don't care and just leave them behind. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of receiving "services" from. I truly hope Amazon replaces them soon, because all the effort Amazon puts into creating a good customer experience is ruined by these incompetents. Horrible service. Package was set to be delivered on the 19th however it's still held up at a warehouse in toronto. Im all the way in newfoundland. When I called them they said it won't be delivered until December 5th which is 30 days after they picked it up in Toronto. This item has a 30 days return window and it looks like they are making it impossible for me to return back if something is wrong. Not the first time ive had issues with them. Packages not delivered to my house, going to the wrong address or wrong street entirely. I hope these guys run out of business. read more

they are a good service until you have a problem and then they collapse. The customer follow up is terrible for a service company. The agents are polite and fine but the system stinks. They must be so backed up with requests that they ask for a 48 hour window to respond to missing packages. In an age of AI and automated services and barcodes and photo deliveries, 48 hours sounds like a very long time to start to resolve or abandon an issue. My 48 hours just expired and after 6 calls and approx 7 hours of waiting on line for an agent and being told that there was nothing that they could do for me (always very polite and understanding) they make the experience pathetic. Makes me not want to every buy anything worth more than $10 from Amazon ever again. Unfortunately I ordered an expensive computer which was never delivered. Instead they dropped off my neighbors package at my house that was a $10 value. He recd a box that belonged to someone that lives 3 blocks away. Clearly the driver is at fault. I can only imagine that this is a result of poor training and poor choice of personnel when hiring, Buyer beware. read more

i keep getting packages that have been clearly opened by the driver, when it's something of decent value (not too expensive, not too cheap) and easy to sell, that package will either be delivered empty, or they will take a picture and then leave with the package afterwards, i have multiple videos/pictures of this happening. The commerical delivery vans should be marked and use commercial plates with proper insurance. The drivers should not be paid piece work.. We live in a rural area in northern Ontario. Purolator has been wonderful in the past but now Dragonfly seems to be the delivery service for Amazon. At first, we thought this will make returns so much easier. However, that particular feature does not make it worth having if customers don't want Dragonfly due to their drivers' actions. Firstly, ALL the drivers drive recklessly fast. It's crazy! Someone or some cherished pet is going to be run down. Our road is heavily bush-lined and curvy. They pull into driveways almost skidding to a stop. They reverse without looking. ALL the Dragonfly drivers in our area are afraid of dogs. In the country (and in the city) people have larger yards and many have a dog or two. We have a small, extremely friendly dog who is only outside when we are. If she hears a vehicle come in the driveway, she circles the vehicle while barking. We want her to do this as it is great security (not circle the car obviously). The Dragonfly drivers seem to have no regard for a dog and do not watch for them pulling in and when reversing. I am having nightmares about our dog being run over. They have motioned to me to keep the dog away from them on many occasions. However, this is private property and if our dog stays in the yard then there is no problem. FedEx , Purolator and Canpar drivers have all tolerated dogs, watch out for them and most try to give a treat. These guys we have panic. Not just one guy. All of them! Last week one driver pulled in the driveway and my dog ran up the yard to bark at it which alerted me of course. As I hurried up the yard, I saw my dog almost get run over as the driver peeled back out after throwing my package in the driveway where I almost didn't see it. Each time Dragonfly delivers we get the usual email asking how it went. I decided to say what happened and gave a poor review. That driver called me twice and left me a voicemail claiming he was from Amazon requesting I call him. When I didn't return the call he texted me. Again, in very poor English, he said he was from Amazon and requested that I change or remove the review as he would be charged(?) and then maybe not have work next week. That was extremely inappropriate and actually scary. I contacted Dragonfly with a complaint about it but they have yet to get back to me. Not one driver has any social skills. They won't knock. I could say more... Anyways, Dragonfly needs to hire people who can drive appropriately for our area and they need people who tolerate dogs. I wish I knew how to ban them from delivering to our home. This company is horrible to deal with and tracking your parcels. I have two parcels where the driver "attempted" delivery in Castlegar, BC and took a picture of my house from the road. I was home the day this supposedly took place, and no one came to the front door. The drivers in my area are like Uber deliver drivers driving their own personal cars in rural areas where sometimes you need 4x4 to access a property. So my parcels because they "attempted" delivery, was sent away to Kelowna distribution centre. This is 3.5 hours away from Castlegar, BC. I was never contacted by anyone and had to call Intelcom/Drafonfly several times to track my parcels and find out why my parcels are sitting in limbo in Kelowna. In all honesty, it would have been easier for me to drive to Kelowna to pick up my long-awaited parcels The problem with Castlegar, is that they do not have a staffed warehouse for people to actually access. They do not accommodate a hold for pick up, even though this what you specifically instructed in your delivery instructions. The infrastructure is not just here in our small City. When you call the company to track parcels, you are on hold for 1-2 hours and basically there is no accountability for the company, their independent drivers and lack of a facility for a local access point. I have also made a complaint to Amazon, but unfortunately, my complaint fell on deaf ears. Amazon said that the sellers use who they want and there is no way to find out who that shipping company will be until after you order. You can complain to the seller, but do they really care? My friend is really sick and as she lives in Longueil and I live in Vermont, I used Amazon.ca to send her a care package. The package was marked as delivered today by the company, Intelcom Express, but she was never alerted to someone at her residential complex's entrance. They have to call her to be buzzed in. So she gets an email that says it was delivered. There is an image attached of a small box from Amazon. Now, mind you, I sent her 4 32 oz cartons of bone broth, two canisters of Pringles (she was really wanting some) and a large bag of herbal tea; the box that was supposedly left in front of her door was small-no way it was the correct package. See images I added. To give you an idea of how safe her apt complex is, when her dishrack was delivered this week, someone left it in the lobby and janitor hand delivered it to her apartment. And that was a bigger box! Sure enough, there was no package delivered. Custodial staff in her building told her this happens every often with this company and that delivery folks have been witnessed seen arriving and leaving with the same packages. One saw a delivery guy snap a photo then leave with the package!! She called them and was snapped at, told that the delivery driver must have been let in by someone else and that someone in her building must have stolen it. She has lived there 2+ years and never has this happened before. She also gets a couple Amazon packages a week without issue. Horrible, my package was supposed to be delivered on Feb 26th. There was someone home all day. I get a notification that a delivery was attempted but no one answered the door for signature. They said they came twice. I phone the customer service, who are great, and even she told me my package doesn't need a signature. I still have not gotten it and now it says it was delivered to a carrier facility, which I don't know where that even is. It's not the first time this has happened on my property I live on. Our upstairs neighbor ordered something and was told the man in the house, aka my husband, told him no one by that name lived here. My husband would have never said that. Or a company that is supposed to pick up a return package and never coming, or maybe coming a week later and then banging on your door at 9:30 pm when the kids are asleep, then you can imaging the shit-show that is Intelcom. They are a 'professional ' courier company that somehow managed to finagle Amazon as a client and then embarrass them on a consistent basis. Showed driver had been out since 12PM, and I got delivered at 8:30PM. Might seem like a standard time right? I live 20 mins away from the warehouse. They are one of the worst courier companies if not the worst courier company (in Montreal). I'm not sure why Amazon continues to use them. When I have things delivered to my home address, they often don't ring the bell and just leave the package at the door. One time, it was pouring rain outside and I was inside and they dropped the package at the front door without ringing the bell. I didn't check my email until later that day and luckily the package wasn't stolen but the box itself was drenched to such a degree that using my hands/fingers alone, I was able to push it into the box and make a hole in the box. Luckily the items that I purchased were sealed in plastic inside the box or they would have been water damaged. Once, they even delivered my package to the wrong address and comparing the pictures from previous deliveries which were also delivered by Intelcom, the outside door picture didn't even match yet the address was exactly the same. When I called Amazon Customer Support, I told them to compare pictures from past deliveries and with a recent delivery to the same address and the door didn't even match nor did the outside steps. Inspecting the webcam I have pointed to the front door, I noticed that the driver took my package from his van and without going up 1 flight of stairs to the door, the threw the package up the stairs (it was a light package weighing less than 1 pound) to land near the door and then took the picture from where he was standing (down the stairs). He never went up the stairs and of course this meant he didn't ring my doorbell. In a recent delivery where I specified it to be an office building where I work, the address specified "suite 1600" (which anyone can figure out is on the 16th floor and there is a security desk on the ground floor), the driver left it in the corner inside the building on the ground floor and this is in an office building with a lot of foot traffic. Luckily I saw the delivery email but didn't recognize the picture that the driver took. I took the elevator to the ground floor and went outside the building to see if I could see the package and it wasn't there. Looked around the ground floor and couldn't see it. Went back up to the 16th floor and asked the person working in reception whether a package came for me and she mentioned that nothing arrived. Went back to the ground floor and spoke with the person working the security desk there and he informed me that someone did leave a package in the area behind the elevators. I went there and luckily the package was there. I was there within 10 minutes of receiving the email. If I wasn't there within a short period of time, I'm sure the package wouldn't have been there as this is an office building with multiple floors and multiple people entering/exiting the building on a regular basis. read more
