All of them offered a "strong recommendation" that I JUST change my email to some other email provider or get a phone other than IPhone and left it at that. That's much easier said than done when I've had the same e-mail for 20+ years and have many email files containing important emails that I need to be able to access. No seemed to be able to help until I called CTE. The tech listened carefully to my concerns, explained the problem, and offered several options in a clear non-tech way that I could understand. He then helped me set up a new email, walked me through transferring all of my existing folders and email to the new email account, and set everything up specific to my needs so that I could make the transition as simply and painlessly as possible. He spent less than an hour solving a 5+ year problem that no one else seemed able to solve. I definitely recommend going to this company as they genuinely understand "how it all works" and will help find the solution for YOU. You won't be disappointed!

Then after taking my money they told me they could not fix the laptop because they did not have the part. Went to the Future Shop a few weeks ago to help my Mom find a new TV. We were served by an…read moreexcellent customer service representative who managed to help Mom out from beginning to end. During the process of buying this TV another sales agent interrupted the sale indicating our salesman could not sell us the TV and was adamant of us not making that purchase. Fortunately our salesman talked with the manager who advised him to go ahead and sell us the product. I wrote a complaint to the Future Shop on their website and always received a response from the company indicating the local manager from the Future Shop in Fredericton would be in touch with me. That complaint was passed along on October 12th and after repeated emails indicating I have not heard from anyone from Future Shop I kept getting emails from Future Shop corporate that the manager would be in touch. As of date, I've heard nothing from this store. Given the circumstance that the manager lacks the ability to communicate and he hires ignorant sales agents I believe they are best suited for each other. Unlikely to return to Future Shop for any of my electronic needs!

Unfortunately, it turned out that she had no idea what an NAND reader was and they weren't able to recover the data off the card. I spoke with a manager, who agreed to reduce the invoice but it was still time and money wasted. I wish I'd have been able to speak to a more knowledgeable person from the get-go.
