Try your best to avoid this place…read more I was quoted $250, twice, several weeks apart, for a silver package detail plus polish for my 2013 Mustang. I even had texts from the owner confirming it. When I showed up for my appointment, they suddenly told me it would be $300 with no real explanation. That alone should've been a red flag, but I went ahead since I was already there. Two hours later, I get a call saying my car is ready. I show up, and from afar, it looks decently clean, but as soon as I got up close, it looked like they barely touched it. Streaks and smudges all over the entire car, worse on the windows, dirt still in multiple areas that were never even touched, and several more spots completely missed. It looked way more like a rushed basic wash, not a paid detail. It got to a point during my inspection where I grabbed a rag myself and started cleaning the car while an employee followed me around trying to fix things. That's how bad it was. I called the owner, and instead of taking responsibility, he said the car "wasn't finished" and that I shouldn't have been called yet, which just makes things worse. Why call me if the job isn't done? I then had to stand there for another hour while all six employees rushed to redo the work. Even after being told three separate times that it was "done," the results were still mediocre at best. In the end, I was charged nearly $350 plus tax for a job that I could've done better myself, a lot of which I did do myself. The only positive is that the staff were somewhat apologetic and aware of their mistake and tried their best to fix it. In the end the car looked a little better than when I got there but still far from what I would expect from a professional detailing service. Overpriced, disorganized, and poor quality work. I would not trust them with your car. P.S. I am in disbelief that they ever even polished my car, it looked exactly the same as when I hand wash it. However that seemed to be the least of my worries at the time.

Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. Grease stains, dirt, salt from carpet was almost all taken out (as best as could be i was told). Reasonable pricing, accommodating staff, and neat waiting area.

The two front rims also had dirt left in the crevices. * Overspray: Engine shampoo dressing was left splattered over my wiper arms, lower windshield, grill, and license plate frame. * Poor Service: There was a white stain on my rear seat. The shop insisted it was "permanent paint" and couldn't be removed. I used a cheap over-the-counter upholstery cleaner at home, and it came right off. The Resolution: I sent photo proof to the owner. He initially tried to excuse it but eventually apologized and offered a touch-up. I declined the offer. My gas and time to drive back and forth would not be compensated. I did all the touch-ups myself to get the car looking right. I believe that detailing shops should pay attention to details--that is what it is all about--no matter the age or value of the car. I paid good money for a professional job and got a sloppy one. I will not be returning, nor can I recommend their services.
