We booked our appointment and the day of our carpet cleaning, the crew was a no-show for our 9am appt. After 30 mins my husband texted to inquire the status and received a text from a Thomas of Home Clean Home Carpet Cleaning stating the job they were on "added additional rooms for cleaning" and our 9am appt would now be an 11am arrival possibly earlier or later?! We were very perturbed at the total disregard for our time! We understand things can happen; perhaps a customer decides to add A ROOM, but to arbitrarily "add rooms" to an already scheduled appointment-- should have resulted in that customer being asked to schedule another appointment on a different day. Instead of the crew allowing the entire day to be disrupted & thrown into a tailspin! A total disregard for other scheduled customers! So we agreed to the 11 o'clock hour only to be called at 1130a, again by Thomas, apologetically advising the ETA was now moved to after 12pm. How absurd! We decided to call it a wash with Home Clean Home Carpet Cleaning. First impressions are lasting ones. If they can't get to appointments on time, are only full of excuses, I can only imagine that the work they perform is probably as subpar. I don't want to invite that in my home. When people show you who they are, BELIEVE THEM! Home Clean Home arrived at my door at nearly 5 hours after the scheduled appt. time.
