I do visceral mobilisation, which is the treatment and mobilisation of organs and our inner structures. Our organs and tissue needs to be able to move in order to function correctly. If we have been in an accident, had surgery, had an infection or long periods of pain, these structures can tighten which can then prevent our fascia from moving and thereby decreases our function.
