Abbey was courteous, and honest and straightforward with me throughout the entire consult and gave me insurances to switch to after the claim got settled. Clean facility and I would have chosen them if my insurance wasnt so bad and tight budget. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you. The casing of one of my taillights was completely broken and I was concerned about it getting wet if it rained and shorting out the turn signal and brake light. I mentioned this to Scott after he told me it would take about a week to get in for the repair and he immediately offered to cover it for me with a self-sticking plastic that they use for broken windshields. It was such a kind gesture and made me stop worrying about the potential for electrical damage. On top of that, he was very rude and dismissive on the phone when I asked basic questions about scheduling and the process. I wouldn't recommend doing business here unless you're comfortable paying upfront with no clear plan and dealing with poor customer service.
