One of the two guys, an older gentleman, approached me and asked what I was looking for. I told him I wanted a guitar amp, and I explained what features I was looking for. He then called over the other salesman, Lonny, to assist me. I again explained what I wanted (Tube amp, low wattage) and he asked me some questions in return. Right away, it sounded like he assumed I knew nothing. I explained in detail that I was looking for an amp I could record with in my apartment, what type of sound I was looking for, and so on. He then pointed me to pretty much the opposite thing from what I said I wanted. I told him I wasn't interested, and he again led me to a product that I didn't want. This time, he told me that what I was looking for wouldn't be possible and that I'd have to settle. I pointed to a model they had in stock that fit my qualifications PRECISELY and asked if I could try it out. He agreed, and then told me he'd have to go get a used guitar for me to use. He grabbed the cheapest used guitar they had in stock, one that didn't at all match the type of music I told him I played, and then walked away. I played for a few moments and walked out. I won't be visiting this shop ever again. P.S. If you're into irony, every single employee here was wearing some piece of clothing with the Marshall amps logo on it. I certainly would have hoped for a little more personal service, even at a pawn shop, simply because they have such a good amp selection. Oh well, lesson learned.

First of all it had been refinished so the markings were hard to make out and, secondly, the safety did not work. Neither of the facts had been disclosed in the description.

Minot's greatest shooting range, gun shop, and training facility!…read more I shot a gun for the first time yesterday, and Spartan Firearms made it so enjoyable!! I'll admit...I was pretty nervous at first. But thanks to my dad and a really nice employee, I learned the proper way to hold load and hold a gun, and I started hitting the target! The shooting range is high-tech. There are fancy screens that control how far away your target is and allow you to pull it in closer to see your bullet holes and change the target paper. Also, there are apparently some super fancy air ventilation systems that filter the gun powder out of the air. It's a really nice range! We also spent some time in the shop area and were helped by awesome employees. The Spartan Firearms Facility and the people inside are super nice. Go give them your business!
