These guys are fantastic. I was helping a young lady from Vienna whose father had a condo here in the desert. He passed away several weeks ago. His car would not start even after two visits from AAA so she needed a new battery. When we got there they did not have the battery that we needed so one of the representatives said that he would go get one about 15 miles away. We went to Starbucks, relaxed and about half an hour later he showed out his the battery. Now that is called service. read more

Great Service! Excellent product. Last week I came into Interstate All Battery Center in the Sams shopping center off Monterey and was so pleased with my experience. Finally we have a place in the desert that focuses on Batteries. I needed a new car Battery and after shopping around I was so happy I bought through Interstate. The owners work there and know what they are doing. The husband helped me understand what was wrong with my battery and helped me with my new one. He even installed it. The wife was just as friendly. There is a TON of different types of batteries in the store, so if you don't need a car battery they have other things as well. read more

Jose was helpful over the phone. I was 2 minutes away and I headed over. I walked in and he was just finishing up with a customer. He greeted me with a warm smile grabbed the battery installed it, charged me and sent me on my way. For a place that says they close at 5, they probably want to be sure to stay open til 5. Pretty bad when they lock the door 10 mins before and put the closed sign up and not even want to come back to see if they can assist or explain they're closing early. But what do I know? My cell died days before moving to another state. Went to Steven via Verizon store referral for battery, and got a 'Samsung' replacement battery within couple days. Thing is, the new battery ran hot from the get go. I only paid the high cost of $40 cause of time constraint and flying out of state. I showed him the battery once installed when I saw him outside store and while I was still in my car. Then to his employee back inside after I wasn't pleased with his hesitation to answer if he thought it was running too hot. I said I'd ship back for refund if it gave me issues cause I'm not damaging my new cell phone. He did reply to my question last week via email if they are Samsung mfg or not -they aren't- but he says they are. I just a bought $6 Samsung battery on Amazon. emailed him I'm returning his (no reply yet)and will expect a refund for lack of quality. Battery life is very poor and it still heats up! After contacting management about my experience at the store with an associate accusing me of stealing his ipod since we have similar music taste, both the store manager and the account manager apologized profusely and refunded me for the battery cost. They stated it was out of the ordinary for the associate to act that way. I am satisfied with the resolution they have provided. read more

I was driving back from Phoenix last week when we needed to stop for a little coffee break. After getting back into my car, it would not start. Luckily we were stopped at a Starbucks right next to both Sams Club and Interstate All Battery Center. I walked into interstate and was greeted by a very friendly man (later found out he and his wife own the place). They tested my battery and even gave me the printout to show me what was wrong. He told me the battery was a little low and getting ready to die, but I still had some time to replace it. He told me I should think about replacing it within the next year. He was so friendly, honest, and helpful I went ahead and decided to replace it, so I never got stranded in the desert again. I walked over to sams club to check out the prices. While they were less expensive than interstates prices, I knew I preferred service and quality over a good deal. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and I was back on the road. Even got a warranty included in the battery price. Thank you! Great place. read more
