They both worked hard to get me a good deal, were easy to talk to, and even made the experience fun. George in finance was also fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the financing process easy and straightforward. He took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured throughout the entire experience. They gave me the time and space to think everything over while still being there to answer my questions and help along the way. I highly recommend Jack, Sam, and George if you're looking for a Hyundai. I'll definitely be going back to them when I'm ready for my next new Hyundai!

Review is specifically for the service department…read more I adjusted my work schedule to bring in my car for pretty basic service, coming early in the morning. It took a while to get checked in which was not out of the ordinary, and after I spoke to a service advisor to get my car checked in he informed me that their system (Techtronic or something) was down. He told me to wait so he could get it resolved and get my car checked in to get worked on. After about 30 min of waiting in the lobby the service advisor came to me and said that they can't check my car in because that system is down and this was my first time visiting their service center. I found this extremely odd and was very frustrated as I scheduled my day around this service and I was being told that they can't work on my car... I get it, stuff happens... The real problem here is that the service advisor told me that he would continue to work on the problem so I can come back to get my car serviced there and that he would contact me. I never received a follow up call....I called and left a voicemail for him to follow up so they could receive my ongoing business and never got a return call from that. Business must be really good here if they aren't looking for new and ongoing customers to get their cars serviced here. I'll go elsewhere.

Buying a car is pretty…read morestressful and overwhelming, but Jaden was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, responsive at all hours of the day (if not his team members were very helpful), honest, kind, and easy to work with from start to finish. He adapted his communication style to my method as I was very busy and couldn't answer the phone as much. He worked hard to return my calls even after hours as we were working through the paperwork, he answered my all of questions even if it involved asking others to confirm, helped me understand the vehicle, the process, and where to go when I needed help (even after the car purchase), and made me feel supported without being pushy. He even answered my partner's call when my partner needed to handle things given the short timeline and I had a lot going on. Even as we were purchasing the vehicle, I saw some smudges and I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and follow-through throughout the process. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right car, tried to get me what I wanted out of the car buying experience with a lot of work behind the scenes, and make the experience as smooth as possible. Jaden was able to do what no other dealership in the area could do. I want to thank Jaden for making such a big purchase feel much more manageable, for getting me the car of my dreams, and doing something no other dealer could do. I'd definitely recommend working with Jaden!

Horrific/scum behavior that added 8% to my loan. I complained to GM corporate anyway regardless of the time that's passed as I see other reviews even very recently that are mentioning the same exact practice. This has caused me to be twice as underwater on the loan as I should be. The greed and disrespect to their customers by burying them with thousands in unwanted charges is beyond unacceptable. Troy Duhon should really review his deceptive/illegal practices and be class action sued for this.

Absolutely horrible experience. Poor customer service. Made an appointment to have a lift gate…read morelooked at and waited for 2 weeks, was told it would be 2-3 days...after 5 days I called and their answer was, "not done, not sure when we can get to it, you just dropped it off on us..." Mr. Smith did not even make an attempt to make things right, just told me to "stop by and pick it up if you want." Definitely not the way to treat a potential fleet customer.
