Where do I start? I guess if I could give a zero I would of given them that. Let me share my experience with this miserable business. I went to my dealership and was recommended by the sales man that is what I found out the nephew of the owner of this business and can save me a bunch of money by going with this service bed outfit. So we went with it and it all went down hill quick. First the owner is very unresponsive to emails and or calls. Then it took 4 months to get me my truck after the financing clock already started. When I got my truck it wasn't the bed I was proposed ok we got over that after he said it was all he had and I had to live with it. I got a maintainer and not a dominator. First I noticed the inlet to my fuel tank was lower than my actual tank and as I operated the crane it would not rotate over the bed. So I sent it back and back and back 4x for the same issues. It leaked like the Exxon valdeze as well. So finally the dealership got involved in which thank God they sent it elsewhere and made it right. Turns out the crane bolts were welded to look like they were in and tight but I was told first serious lift and the crane would of pulled off truck. They also repaired the fuel tank inlet. I ended up having to open up the floor in order to tighten up the PTO pump to trans and all hoses because they were all hand tight and hitting driveline and exhaust. Still not 100% happy but getting by. UP TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR CHANCES BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SECOND CHECK BEFORE THEY GET PAID WITH OTHER SOURCE I have the legit outfit in Rialto Ca that can do that for you even certify your crane that mine was sent to from dealership. read more

Rick the sales manager is extremely rude and will pick up the phone to get the deal done. After the deal is done you get passed from person to person it went from Rick to joe to mike and now no service at all. Our crane broke on the second day and they will not fix the problem. Do not do business with this company especially if you are not in Southern California , they take advantage of out of town customers !!! read more

If I could give zero starts, I would! This company uses underrated parts and rusted out bed liners for their custom trucks, yet they claim that everything is brand new. The owner cuts corners everywhere he can, selling trucks that are in no way the kind of quality you would expect after paying upwards of $80k!! BUYER BEWARE...do not pay this company a penny until you have your truck delivered and inspected! Guaranteed the truck you order is NOT the truck you'll end up with. This company is a total scam and don't bother trying to contact anyone for customer service because they have none! read more
