Even if you tell them that movement hurts they make you keep going I didn't feel better until 3 months after my PT was over with I'll NEVER do it again especially at this place. About 3 weeks in we discussed again where my pain is bc she couldn't locate where the pain is coming from I told her it's my tailbone with my herniated discs & she still didn't seem to change her methods on what they are doing.

I have just recently started going here for physical therapy following right total hip replacement…read moresurgery that I had a while back, followed by what has proven to be a very slow recovery. So far, I have been most impressed with the personal care and attention I have received, as well as the skill level, expertise, and knowledge of the therapists. They seem to keep an eye on the exercises that they have me do to ensure that I am doing all of them correctly. This is very important to me since I don't always know if I am doing them properly or not, and I know that I will not always benefit if I am not. This place has been highly recommended to me by several people, and so far, I have been impressed.

Last year they got pushed a month before I could get them, which I had to schedule 3 months out. This time I tried to follow up knowing they don't do what they are supposed to. It was denied because they didn't put the necessary information in the notes. Called to ask about it when I recieved the denial letter. Was told I would get a call back. Had to send a message through my chart to get a nurse that can answer my questions to respond on my chart. Was told an appeal was being filed. Called my insurance the next week to follow up on the appeal. Turns out they never filed it. Had to message on mychart again to get anyone to respond. Got a call back from the case manager telling me it is out of compliance for filing an appeal and they waited too long to do it. She has to call the insurance to see how to handle it at this point. Tried to follow up on it. The nurse transfered me to billing mid sentence while talking to her. Started to tell the person at billing what was going on and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I'm finding a new office. Also, Dr Anand barely spends 5 minutes in the room with you. When you go to try to ask a question he is already half way out the door.

I am Cross posting this review across all of Dr. Mano's listed Google businesses because they are…read moreall connected and they are all terrible. Hit by a truck while walking across the crosswalk at Meijer on Hamilton Rd back in March of 2025. Was referred to Dr Manocha at his office in Newark shortly thereafter. Took weeks to get in due to poor communication on his staff's part. I was specifically told that I needed to get the imaging done, and then after Dr. Manocha looked at it he would call me to let me know what was going on and to schedule an appointment (this is relevant later). Was sent to get imaging done about 40 minutes away, but couldn't schedule it for over a month because Dr Manocha wouldn't send the correct paperwork and the office I was getting imaging done from had to get directly involved. I went for my imaging And then waited about a week for the doctor to call me, this never happened. I spent the next couple months calling Dr. Manocha and leaving voicemails without ever getting a response until I eventually just gave up. Fast-forward to three weeks ago, I received a text message telling me that I owed his office $75. I called again to dispute this because I was not going to pay $75 for a Doctor who refused to actually be a doctor. I never received a response. Fast forward again to this week where I receive a letter in the mail telling me I still owed $75. I reached out to Dr. Manocha's office again. Except this time, I told them I would be going to the state medical board with a complaint due to all of the poor behavior the doctor displayed. Apparently, the threat of going to the state medical board and filing a complaint was enough to finally get a phone call back in which the young lady at his office could not have been less interested in being helpful or nice. I asked to have the doctor give me a call to go over everything that had happened, the young lady promised that he would but it might not be until Friday the very next day (today) I received a call from the same young lady, but not the doctor. She informed me that this was my fault for not scheduling an appointment after I've had my imaging done. I informed her I was specifically told that the doctor would reach out to me, which he never did as well as the fact that I called over 30 times and left voicemails that were never returned. Her response was "you still should've scheduled an appointment," but failed to explain how I could've possibly scheduled an appointment with this office if nobody ever got back to me every person I have interacted with at this office has been rude and just north of shady. The doctor should not have a license, and the people in his office should not be employed if this is what they consider to be quality care for people in pain

While I can't say enough good things about the staff and doctors at Genesis Pain Management Clinic,…read moreI'm frustrated by their overblown charges compared to Columbus, and disappointed in how Genesis HealthCare System disregarded my phone inquiry about costs. In January, I was a bit shocked to pay out of pocket over $700 for an office visit and in-office regional steroid injection for my shoulder. When calling billing to inquire, I was met with a lack of knowledge or concern. For the same treatment at OhioHealth (Grant bone and joint center) a few weeks ago- I am paying $205 and when I called about the billing, they were pleasant, helpful and informative. The 2 hours drive time is obviously and sadly worth it. Where is Genesis coming up with these exorbitant facility fees and room fees for a plain old exam room? I'm posting in case they give damn and to give anyone else with a high deductible the heads up!

I brought every bottle from house to hospital. Two weeks later we realized hospital disposed of meds. Dad was sent home with 2 days of pain meds so we make appointment with Dr Moore. They take dads co pay, tell him it's obvious he's miserable and send us out the door telling us doctor will take care of prescription once he's out of surgery. Day ends no prescription. Call first thing in morning and 90 minutes later I still get no call back so I drive to office. Office tells me to take dad to the ER for his pain.. they won't help us. So they take our $45 co pay, lie to us as we leave and only tell us we're out of luck when I show up the next day. Bottom line, if you want to pay a co pay for nothing, get lied to, get ignored and then finally told to just go to a real doctor at the ER then Dr Moore is the perfect doctor for you!
