Buyer Beware! First of all bought a $80 toy called the Satisfyer, brought it home and it didn't work, even through they supposedly "tested it" before it left the store. The second item another toy also was broke this toy was under $20. I brought it back both items the very next day in their packages and was told on the one under $20 by heavier set, 20 something blonde girl who wore her hair like Pebbles from the Flintstones (sorry don't have name), she proceeds to tell me "that's what you get when you buy junk" in regards to the toy under $20. She then told me she would do an exchange on the $80 toy after I left it there for "24 hours so they , could play with it". Her words exactly! She claimed that was their store policy! Now again, this was with the receipt, box and the very next day!!!! I asked to speak the manager and the owner was actually there. He basically said he would waive the return for 24 hour policy - which is gross if you ask me, they need to play with your broken toy with their own hands and all then they decided if you will get an exchange!!!! How freaking unsanitary is that?!!!! As for the $20 toy basically said "well that's our low end toys and we don't do anything about those". Never even used either of them! I went here because it's somtimes nice to know what your looking at however, I found out the hard way that first their prices are twice that of anywhere online. Twice! The same Satisfyer toy was $79.99 there and Adams & Eve $49 - and news flash owner of Intimates, Adam and Eve will make a return on a faulty product unlike your sham of a company. Even your employees flat out said after purchase and only at time of return that you are selling "junk". Why would your employees not say that before someone purchases? Or is it because you really don't care if that customer ever returns? Crap business model. Hopefully enough people will have the "cajones" to review your shady company and you won't be in business to sell "junk" (as your employees put it so nicely)! read more

Shop has been totally remodeled, LOVE it !! Really welcomingl! Doesnt feel like a seedy Adult shop at all! Nice classy Adult boutique :) Great new selection of toys and lingerie and now has femaale staff on the counter all the time. Locally owned, the employees and owner are highly knowledgeable. This isn't some big box store, but they still carry a vast array of high quality toys and products in all price points. The staff are incredibly helpful, and I travel at least once a month to them (~5 hours one way) because there is not another high quality shopping experience like they provide anywhere else. read more
