I travel for work often and today I realized that I left the cord for my Surface Pro 4 at home. My…read morecolleagues and I tried Walmart and they did not have any options. We stopped at GameStop and the gentleman there referred us to Technology for All. I called the store prior to going and spoke with Taylor, he was very helpful and recommended we stop by to see if he had a cord. When we arrived, we met Taylor Harden, the owner. He unfortunately did not have the cord for the 4 but offered to have it delivered the next day. He was very apologetic for not having it, after doing a thorough search to make sure he didn't, and went out of his way to help me solve my problem. He made us feel like we were his most important customers and was so courteous and helpful. He ordered the cord for me and reassured me that should I not need it, he would keep it on hand for a future customer.
