Meh. Not super impressed yet. They had half my info. Gave them the missing info. Said we should…read morebe good to go and check email for next step. Then I get an email saying my claim is 'on hold' as they need proof of my purchase and warranty!?! YOU HAD MOST OF MY INFO and confirmed on the phone about the warranty!!! Rep was slightly hard to understand. Was on hold for over 10 minutes before I chose to do the 'call back' when it was my turn. Took a bit for that to happen. Then the actual call took another 11+ minutes. And I had to 'agree' that I'll be responsible for the charges if the problem isn't covered under my warranty?! My dryer isn't heating...! So I'm forced to agree because otherwise they won't proceed. Right now, super frustrated. I'm hoping they will be quicker to get someone out here now that I uploaded my proof of purchase....I have laundry to do!
