I wouldn't recommend this Company to anyone…read more They came out twice to my property - didn't fix the problem of my cold shower and tried to charge more to come round the 3rd time. The first time they sent out someone who had started working for the company the day before, spent the whole time on his phone asking the opinion of a more experienced colleague, wasn't gas certified and did NOTHING and I was charged £96! Over £100 charge for the second call out. I challenged head office and they were rude and unsympathetic and wouldn't offer me the refund of the first visit. I think it is inexcusable. I would have got more satisfaction throwing £200 out of my car window. I really wouldn't recommend them. I have since had the problem sorted in one visit by another plumber, who I have used 3 times since on other problems.

One of them even recommended I get my entire flat re-wired. Arian from Dara was the only person who actually took the time and was able to locate and fix the problem. The price they charged was very reasonable so upon offering a tip, he declined but only asked I write a review if I was satisfied with the work, which of course I am more than happy to do.
