I wish i could vote 0 stars for this gym. The WORST business i have ever encountered for communication. Mason city classes fail to have a coach show for practice and the communication for such is terrible. I have tried calling the gym in urbandale/ankeny multiple times in a day repeatedly in a weeks time along with emails and facebook messages, and never received a response. I would not recommend this gym to another parent unless you want to raise your blood pressure. read more
