Tried to get in to see them. Called and asked if they were taking new patients. Was told they were, but needed records from my PCP. Called 2 weeks later. Was told they had not gotten any records, but ALL their doctors were 3 months out anyway. Huh? Never mind. Poor communications to say the least. Won't be going there. Glad it wasn't life threatening! read more

I love this office. I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting roo..That's not cool if you…read moreintend to read a book. but not usually a reality in a doctor's office. Dr Chua is efficient and pleasant. This is one Dr I don't mind going to, because it's so quick and efficient. Finding the office is another thing. it's in Mercy hospital and you have to figure which building. there is a parking garage that I park in....it's free. just don't forget where you parked, it's color coded.
