I have been here for over one hour just waiting to buy a new phone (mind you a flip basic one). I don't have to make any changes to my contract or anything. The only reason of why I'm doing this here and not online it's because I need the phone today. If you can do all your business online don't ever bother. Btw today is dec 26th, when I came into the store there were only maybe 3-4 clients and if they are going to use lack of employees as an excuse ( I have no idea how many employees they usually have) then don't open the store. I'm not even waiting to see how nice employees are to post this review because they can be as pleasant as they come and that is not going to make a difference at this point.
