This SO CALLED COMPANY took the piss. I read some of what was said about the company being all…read more'good' and that so I went with them. The first time I spoke with them they 'acted all nice and that' and took my phone without any fuzz. The original charge for my note 3 was £80. This part is really interesting. I was told that the phone was going to be fixed on Monday the latest so I said ok. Monday come and nothing, Tuesday nothing so I message them asking when I going to get my phone fixed? They now said they needed to 'fix my motherboard as it ain't working' so I said fixed it. They charged me an extra £35 on top of the £80 and now I was paying £115 plus vat which was £22 on top of that. After that they delivered my phone to me and within 5 days the phone stopped working as the screen is flickering and the power button is stuck in. I tried to call them again yesterday as well as sending 4 messages to them and they are trying to CONNING me to paying more money so I said if the warranty ain't covering the fault you made then I see you in court. In short never trust this company

In the end forked out about £100 more than I was quoted. Only half of the repair carried out, and I was made to pay to return the device to the store for diagnosis, with no assurance it would get fixed. The repair job was sub standard (especially considering the cost). Oh, and the whole thing took almost three months.
