Fantastic, reliable service. Came in with a cracked screen after having it replaced twice at another repair shop. The issue was that the screens I was getting were CHEAP. They kept popping out of the phone housing and chipping/cracking to the point they couldn't function. So I brought it here and it took no more than 10 minutes for my phone to be returned to me and it seriously feels brand new! I can see the quality of the screen in its clarity and even in its responsiveness to my touch. Just went in today and got my iPhone X repaired... the guy was very nice and was able to give me a price quote over the phone. I called about 5-8 other places and he got me the best price out of all the places I called. Also I've broken my screen quite a few times and when he replaced my screen he noticed that the last screen repair used an "LCD" screen which is lower quality so he used a fully "LED" screen when replacing mine and I gotta say you can tell the difference in quality with how stuff looks on the screen. He also had a bunch of cases and screen protectors to choose from in his store. It's right by Ross in downtown Walnut Creek. I was willing to pay the little extra because they were cleaning up and fixing someone else's mistake. My Ipad works now and she did a great and professional job. I've used him a few times to repair the screen on my iPhone 7+ and most recently I had him replace the battery so hopefully it'll be good for another 5 years haha His services are quick, efficient and high quality.
