I like this place a lot, but trying to buy a ticket online has always been so frustrating. It does not work. It never does. Fix it please.

We choose iPic to see the movie Michael. This is my second time to frequent this place. We enjoy the personalized experience and comfort without having to miss any of the movie. The price points for the service and experience are aligned with the expectation; however, the restroom situation was atrocious. The smell, the oil/ grime made for a slippery walk, and the toilets themselves most were not clean. Upon exiting the restroom there were three others talking about the same restroom experience. This level of service and expectation should extend beyond the theatre itself. read more

I chose iPic Fairview because I previously hosted a private premiere for my TV show at another iPic location, and that experience was phenomenal. Unfortunately, this event was the complete opposite. I booked a private premiere screening of The Devil Wears Prada, and the Event Sales Manager made multiple promises that the theater ultimately could not deliver. We were told we'd have early access for setup, access to Studio 1 with space for a private cocktail hour, and several other accommodations that simply did not happen. The day of the event, my team and I were left scrambling trying to adjust in real time while hosting guests. To make matters worse, every single filet mignon steak served was overcooked. For a premium theater experience with premium pricing, that's unacceptable. But the most alarming part came after the event. I left with a confirmed zero balance. Then, TWO DAYS LATER, I was hit with an unexpected charge of nearly $2,000 on my Amex. When I questioned it, I was told the Event Sales Manager's "last day was tomorrow" and that I should direct any questions to a local representative. No accountability. No transparency. Just chaos. This was supposed to be a polished, memorable premiere experience. Instead, it was stressful, disorganized, and financially questionable. Never again. read more

Nice place. Never know it is here since not on some movie listing websites. Good find. Issue. Get option on website to use apple pay but would not work. Also could not get it to take my Venmo debit card. Took 20 plus mins to buy tickets. A bit long. No Apple pay in Theature so bring your wallet but the waitress was very nice about it. Offered a freebie. Which is extreme nice. I thought it was a liberal Theature from seeing the list of past movies played , but amazingly I guess I was wrong. Amen because they showed the movie Melania. Nice !! Blankets at seats are a nice freebie to use as well. read more

I'm fairly certain there were few better ways to spend a rainy Valentine's Day than dipping into the IPIC to contribute to Wuthering Heights' 83M opening weekend box office sales! I've never been to an IPIC before but since it was Valentine's Day I was hoping to select a nice theatre and being new to the area I figured this would be a safe bet. I had come from brunch where I'd already had food and adult bevies so I knew I wouldn't be taking full advantage of the offerings. I'd booked two seats as my bff was supposed to be in town but unfortunately due to the weather, DFW felt the need to divert all planes for a couple of hours and bff landed in Austin. That would have been perf had I decided to run the Austin marathon but nope! I'd decided to stay in the Dallas area to have soufflés, watch movies and make candles. Needless to say, I took myself to my Valentine's dates and bestie later ubered to the theatre to meet me hours after planes could land at DFW again. I loved the little pod nooks that IPIC offers, they reminded me of pods on airlines. The blankets were a nice touch as well! I do think I can do without meal/drink service as I felt it was actually a distraction vs a nice touch due to the frequent delivery of plates and stopping by to ask if I needed anything, Very kind, but I'd rather not have so much movement during a movie at the theatre. Is it something I can get used to? Yes, probably! However I may be ok to hit another theatre if they have recliners and I can always bring my own throw if this is now a necessary accompaniment to a theatre visit. I may go this route once more when I haven't brunched before hand so I can see if the snack/light bite + adult bevvie action during the movie wins me over. I think I can really be down for something along these lines but pre order may be the way to go to minimize distractions. Great theatre and I rarely check prices on many things but I felt it was totally on par with what regular movie going prices are. I could be wrong as this is my first movie theatre experience since moving to the area. We noticed they also had billards which would be a lovely touch to add before hand. Fun spot! Great service at every interaction. Will definitely return soon. read more

I watched a movie here a couple of days ago and i had a great experience. This place is very unique with its seating, and the staff here is also very kind. We ordered a pizza, truffle fries, and mozzetta sticks, and they were all great. Only con about this place is that the head rest wasn't very comfortable in my opinion. It is definitely on the pricier side, but you're paying for the full experience...the spacious seating makes it feel like a first class theater resort. I loved how much space there was between the seats, and the complimentary blankets are such a nice touch if you get cold. What a high class movie theatre experience. Check out my pics to understand the level of detail- ladies we have a shelf in the pods to out our bags! There is side beverage holder as well as a food tray. We are offered nice comfy blankies. There is a quiet bar and pool hall in the lounge so you can make a whole date night here. Just a super elevated experience. What should you know before booking: pods are in groups of two. It would be an challenge for a parent to bring two children. This is really intended for pairs and that kind of intimacy. Loved the cocktails!! I splurged and indulged in an espresso martini and it delivered. read more

This theater was recommended to my fiancé and I while here in Dallas so we decided to check it out. The tickets were a bit on the pricey side so we had high expectations. The service was good and it was mostly clean, but the bathrooms could have been better. We did not try their food but we got drinks and for what we expected with a higher end theater, they weren't very good. It was a cool experience but we wouldn't go again when in town. read more

Perfect for more intimate date nights with your special someone. You ride the elevator up to the reception desk where they ask you for the first name on the reservation & then direct you to your theatre (which is behind an open bar and recreation area). Once inside the theatre you see exactly what I mean by intimate, as there's more separation between seats along the top & sides of the theatre and the sides act as a barrier so you don't really see much except what's in front of you. The seats recline, the cup holders are built into the sides to make more room for what you order, and for the cherry on top each seat has a blanket to use at your discretion. When it comes to food and service IPic can do no wrong. My favorite to order has been the Loaded Fajitas Steak Fries. My man has had their impossible burger & their pepperoni pizza and both have looked (and tasted) really good. One thing you do need to beware of though is that the theatre will not let you in to your movie if you're 20 or more minutes past your reservation, so be on time. read more

My boyfriend and I love watching movies but our favourite theatre is definitely Ipic! It's spacious, seating is great, they give you blankets! (Us cold girlies know that one blanket isn't enough), and the food quality is definitely up there. The quality of the screen and surrounding sound makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, most of us a have a comfy home couch and flat screen tvs with good sound system, but this cinema just elevates your theatre experience. I like that they get the credit card stuff and order right away at the beginning of when you're in your seat and making sure you don't get interrupted while the move is playing. It makes it easier to just have the check dropped off when the movie is done so you don't even need to mess or fuss with it. Next, the quality of the movies we watch here is sooooo nice! We really enjoyed our date nights here! Besides that, the seats recline so that's really nice and for some reason, you feel it's more quiet. Something about the type of clientele you get and the way the seating is structured.. even kids were mostly well behaved whenever we went. Next, the silent button to call an attendant is great but what takes it to the next level is how great the service is. They are so polite, so friendly and definitely work hard to make sure we were happy. Truly a good place for movies! read more

Great atmosphere, but rough service. They brought me out the wrong salad and when I asked for an additional drink there was "something wrong with it" - which didn't surprise me because the initial can they did bring out was completely dented. First, I received the bill and noticed they charged me for both the correct salad and the incorrect salad. That was the first mistake I caught (you're in a dark theater, it's hard to catch mistakes on the receipt but I urge everyone to triple check the receipt for this reason). Once they gave me the revised receipt, I realized they charged me for the extra drink I ordered that they were not able to give me. The whole ordeal left us being the last people in the theater for at least 10 minutes after the movie ended. Please, please, please, triple check your receipt when you receive it. Especially if they didn't have something or brought out the wrong item. read more

I've been a long time customer of the theater and have always been pleased with the service and atmosphere. I had never ordered food until my last visit in late May. Unfortunately the nachos were cold and the steak that I had them add on there was so chewy I could only spit out pockets of fat after trying to eat it. My granddaughters both ordered something as well and their food was not good either. One head some sort of steak dish, and being the meat eater that she is, and only 11 years old, even she wouldn't eat it. They did eat the pretzel bites which they enjoyed, as did we. We also enjoyed the popcorn. However, the total food bill, and no, we did not have any alcoholic drinks, it's over $200. $200. We tipped accordingly. We did not let the quality of the food cause us to tip poorly. The service is very good. And the wage staff is very personable and knowledgeable. I called 4 or 5 days later and spoke with someone at the Fairview location. We talked for probably 20 minutes, and she wanted to know all about our experience, what credit card we used to buy the tickets with, what credit card we used to pay for the food with, and so on and so forth. It was a very long call and I fully expected some resolution from it. I thought I would get maybe a gift card or something... However what she said then was she would pass it up the management chain. She told me someone will contact me in a few days. No one did of course. I called back 2 weeks later or so, and left a message stating that I had already given all of my information and a 20-minute phone call, and was expecting a phone call back. I did not say so, but as noted before I was expecting at least half of that 200 and some odd dollars back because the food was inedible. No one called me back that time either. We do love the theater, and we'll come back. But I will NOT and I urge you to not order anything beyond popcorn and perhaps pretzel bites. Anything you want to come out hot, like an entree or side, please note it won't. Also if you order anything with steak in it, it's just going to be blobs of fat. And of course if you ask for your money back, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET IT. I am disappointed in the customer service and that no one called me back after speaking with me for so long on my first phone call. I'm disappointed in the food. I am disappointed for them as well. They will never survive like this, and if I could make it possible for them to never have any food delivered to anyone again that would be awesome LOL. It's not worth the price. read more

Tickets are expensive but we understand that in order to pay a bit higher you will get great service. Not tonight. Stopped by for the first time and was like, whoa!! This place is fancy, fancy for a movie theater. Service was wonderful, seats in the theater are in pods (at least the one I was in) plus they give you a blanket, seats are comfy (a bit noisy/leather) but are amazing. I just say, tickets are pricey and you are charged a booking fee on top of your ticket (inside) price which is kind of ridiculous. Food is pricey, drinks are pricier! I'd go again just for the seating itself. read more

We truly enjoy IPIC! The greeters are friendly, the servers are attentive and the food was great! The only thing I've noticed was a lingering sewage smell the past two times we've gone. We supported you every weekend during COVID and always raved about IPIC to our friends and family. But sadly, tonight marked our last visit. A year ago, the new bar manager told us buckets of beer were no longer allowed. Disappointing, but we respected the change. Then the buckets came back -- and we didn't question it. But now, on a Saturday night, the bar manager comes to our seats to tell us -- once again -- that buckets aren't allowed, citing a new rule (not a state law). We challenged him, politely, and were told this is just how it is now. The same "rule" he tried to enforce a year ago. We hadn't even opened our tab fully -- the movie hadn't started -- but the bar manager refused to refund us without a GM present. Really? So we walked out. We'll dispute the charge with our credit card company. We were embarrassed, frustrated, and honestly -- heartbroken. We've been the definition of loyal guests. Ever since the last GM left, it's been one issue after another. The experience, the service, the spirit of hospitality -- all gone. We've had enough. To our amazing server: it wasn't your fault. This is my favorite movie theater!! Truly unlike other dine in movie theaters. The seating feels private in small alcoves. And they have a blanket for you too which is nice because I'm always cold. The service is excellent and they'll come around for last call. Very nice theater and includes a bar & TV's if you're early to enjoy a drink while watching the game. If you're looking for a premium movie experience, look no further!! This is it!!!! We saw Mission Impossible & I couldn't imagine seeing it at any other theatre. The chairs are extremely comfortable and yes they recline! I always reserve the seats towards the back of the theatre as they have a partition and blankets!! I always feel like I'm in a VIP section . We didn't get any food this visit but i the food is usually pretty good. FYI: If you're looking to kill time before the movie begins. They have pool tables and a bar! In short, too expensive. Service was good, $36 for two tickets. Liked the pod situation and minimal seating in each theater. Nice touch with the blankets although the seats did recline they aren't as nice as some other theaters. Our server was nice although we weren't offered any refills. We ordered nachos with chicken and the mozzarella pieces. Nachos weren't great, they were especially not good for the $20 price tag. The mozzarella pieces were actually pretty good, hot and melted cheese. All in for two of us we were all in around $100, very pricey; would rather try other theaters for better food, newer seats, etc. read more

I hadn't been to this theater in many years as there are several theater options in my area. However, my son wanted to try it, and what better day to take him than the premiere of Black Panther 2? The place itself retains the posh atmosphere and good looks, and doesn't feel old. The bar looked lively and many were enjoying the pool tables while getting a drink before their movie. Once seated, our server, Sarah, was so helpful and very friendly. In fact, every employee I encountered had a pleasant and positive attitude. Sarah was really knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose some great items, including the shrimp avocado salad and a berry tres leches. We also had fresh popcorn and a latte. Every thing we ate was exceptional and high quality. Great food presentation even though we were dining in the dark, and delicious. I wish we lived closer and then I would go here more often. But, despite the distance, we'll be back, and will be sure to be hungrier so we can try more items from the menu! read more

To start this review I want to let everyone reading this know I haven't had a great experience like this in a long time the last time we were here we were rushed and had a bad experience but we decided to give this one more time because we were regulars when we came back a year and a half later I see there was a recast with almost everyone and I think it was for the better William the bartender was AMAZING he took care of us greeted us did recommendations and actually looked like he was happy to be there not only that he remembered our orders and remembered to make sure we were taken care of while playing pool also a big shout out to Dan the manager? Very very humble guy he did not let anyone know he was a manager he check on every guest and made sure we were having a good time instead of looking the other way I haven't had an experience like this in a very long time and I'm proud to say I will be back every other weekend like I used to be Dan not only made us feel welcome me and my wife but he listened to feedback talked to us about how we can improve here and how he can make us more comfortable here it wasn't even small talk we had an entire conversation that is very rare with managers and he didn't mention not one time he was it until I asked him very humble and charismatic guy. This has to be not only the best time I been here but the best time experience ANYWHERE in years time me and my wife have talked and we're are definitely watching movies and ordering food back to back because the customer service was out of this world everybody was a unit and a team and after a year later I believe Erick even remembered us and I was extremely grateful he was still here because he was also another reason why we came back. out of this world customer service thank the whole staff and IPIC to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. read more
